I usually like Noodles and Co., but I was disappointed with this experience.
In fairness, we were visiting from out of town and did not realize it was homecoming night, but...
When I went to place my order, I was told by the girl at the register that there were 3 people who had also ordered gluten free noodles ahead of me, so I had to switch my order to a salad because they would be out. That was okay.
Then my family had to wait 10 minutes for a table to open. Kind of awkward, but still okay.
But when our orders arrived at the table, I was told they were out of two components of my dish. When I mentioned to the runner that I had already switched my dish once because they were out of noodles, I was not offered a discount or a refund, nor did she offer to mention it to the supervisor, she just shrugged and walked away.
My complaints are the following. If you know it's going to be a busy day for special town events, it's good business to make sure you are well stocked. (The door and railings were had red snd orange streamers, so evidently some employee had the foresight to know it was homecoming.)
I should have been told AT THE REGISTER that my second choice salad would be missing components so I could make another selection.
If a customer has a valid complaint that they bring to the staff, shouldn't the staff make an effort to resolve it or bring it to theor manager?
So yeah. Not a good experience. Would not spend my...
Read moreI made an order of the Japanese pan noodles, and when I got my plate, it seemed as though they had put the vegetables on the top without cooking them. They were very hard and I assumed raw. So I went back and gave on my plate and told them that The vegetables that are mixed in my noodles are too hard the raw could they please make me another with the vegetables properly sauté. They came back with my plate and a small container of cooked vegetables. They did not make me a new plate. And when the guy gave them to me, he asked me if I would like him to pick out the other vegetables for me and I can just throw the new ones on top. 😳
I was actually grossed out and I think the level of customer Service was not up to par. If you didn’t do it right the first time, then just redo it. 🤷🏻♀️ The idea that I have to pick out old vegetables with my fingers (or have someone else do it) one by one is just gross 🤢 and then dump a new cup of vegetables on top????? 🤔 it just below standard and even after I commented on it, they still did not offer to make me a new plate. I will not be revisiting this location again. I was treated w/ POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ….no consideration or proper food handling. I was just UNDERWHELMED at my experience with this...
Read moreI was extremely disappointed with the service I received today. I placed a curbside order and when I arrived I followed the instructions to let them know I was here. I waited 15 minutes past the time I was given in my email that my food would be ready. I then decided to go inside. I was the only person in line, multiple employees looked at me but I wasn’t helped for another 5 minutes. When I was finally helped I let the girl know that I had placed a curbside order and was wondering if it was ready. Her response “ oh yeah, here you go” no apology or anything. My order was ready just sitting there. There should have at least been an apology considering I had to wait 20 minutes past the time I was told it would be ready. I’m not convinced I would have ever received my food had I not gone in. If you’re not going to offer curbside service you should not make that an option when ordering. I even tipped when I placed my order, not sure what I tipped for considering I had to go in and the customer service...
