Such a great little resource center - I’ve visited in the past couple of years only to get some brochures for the guests staying at My Airbnb- turns out, I really enjoy visiting the Visitors Center! The volunteers (and staff) here are out of this world. They each bring something wonderfully individual - in themselves and their experiences - to the vast knowledge base about our beautiful city and state. They are genuinely unconcerned with actually promoting the city of Colorado Springs. My company creates free content for local small business owners that allows them to help tell their story. The goal of this series is to show people what an amazing place Colorado Springs is, and how wonderful the people in it actually are. My husband and I stopped by here earlier in the day on 9/4/25. And the gentleman in the front desk was very kind and helpful. He provided us with so much information, historical facts and gave us helpful tips to get to Rita the Troll. He also provided information on other various hikes. I would like to thank him for all of his help and the information he provided us. He definitely made our last day...
