Andy's Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Columbia Township

Edit: when the company posts that they would like you to reach out to discuss the situation, then you do only to be ignored, that is even more frustrating. I wasted time and energy on this situation….again!

I would not recommend Andy’s on Trimble Rd. When they serve you bad product, they consider it “a courtesy” to replace it. They may replace it with a lesser priced item, or just choose not to replace it at all, according to the person working there. She acted as if I was wrong to ask for food that was edible. She informed me that I had gotten what I ordered and that she was doing me a favor by replacing it with the smaller, lesser priced item. She also informed me that I should not have a problem with the completely inedible sundae I had gotten. Awful customer service. Very disappointed that not one employee was wearing gloves or a mask the person working the window was taking orders ringing people out and making the customers orders all with no gloves!!! Meanwhile there were other employees standing behind the counter playing around again not one person was wearing gloves or a mask. While the manager should of had one of those employees outside taking orders for the 10+ cars in the drive thru. The gentleman who waited on me at the walk up window was very pleasant, he had to ask one of the girls playing around behind the counter to please make my apple pie concrete, which was yummy!!! Only problem I had was I got a cake cone with four scoops they are $3 and some change the man that took my order tried to charge me almost $11 then I told him that that was wrong and so he went and asked somebody else and came back and apologized but I bought my cone and then I had to wait because he said that there was only one person in there that was any good at making cones and I had to wait for her to get done with the drive-thru to make my phone 15 minutes while three other people just stood around and stared at me but with that said the frozen custard at Andy's Frozen was very good and I do plan on returning hopefully they have some staff that know how to do things instead of just stand around...
