Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Columbia

The girl who took my order said it would be 7 minutes on my cinnamon pretzel. I stood there and waited for 15 minutes before they even had the pretzel in the oven. I had to wait an additional 10 minutes before getting my order because the employees kept walking off, despite the fact that there was a line of 8 people waiting to order. They never offered any explanation for why it took so long; nor were any of the employees very polite. When I finally got my order, I asked to get some icing since I had been waiting so long, to which the girl responded "That'll be 75 cents, and you've been waiting a while already". Well all due respect, but if you tell me it's going to be 7 minutes on my order, and it ends up being 25, you can give me some free icing for my trouble. Time is money after all, and 25 minutes of my time for a pretzel that should have taken roughly a 3rd of that time to make is ridiculous....

I normally love Auntie Anne's pretzels. They told me it would be 8 mins for my pretzel. I said that's fine. I waited 20 mins and finally went back to the counter to ask when my pretzel will be done. She said that she had given my pretzel away to someone else. Then she proceeded to tell me it would be an additional 10 mins for another pretzel. I asked if I could speak to someone in charge to get some type of compensation. She told me she didn't have a manager present. I settled for the old pretzel bites instead. They then told me they were out of the drink I asked for. So I left with 30 mins of my time wasted, no compensation, rude employees acting like was my fault they gave away my pretzel, old pretzel bites and a drink I didn't want, all still at full price.

Horrible service 3 storewide 1 register all tied together, the wit jnljbe was 20mins, but it's what the granddaughter wanted so We stood there , we the adults wanted smoothies but that was closed down and no coffee whi h was advertised huge signs allivertry thus drink orthus one, but machines were broken and omgno were in zbottle and weren't allowed toservetgerap since there is no filter!! We ordered a small nugget cup of pretzels, but all that was available was regular sized cups , issued about ysbei g charged for a small she said no you got a regular but I wanted a smalltalk some put and charge me for a small .
