Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Columbia

Was really not happy with my most recent experience here. It was yesterday, 1/9/17, and around 4:30 I guess. My mom went up to order, and the man working at the counter didn't even look at her as he greeted her. He was sort of staring off into the distance. Not friendly at all and rude, basically. When we said we wanted a cinnamon pretzel he goes "ok...(looks over to display) oh wait we don't have any. you can get the nuggets though" I sort of pushed that "what, do you guys not make any more at a certain time of day?" and he said something about it taking 15 minutes. When you look up AA's on the columbia mall website it says "pretzels never kept longer than 30 minutes!" I highly doubt this, they should have had some of one of their most popular...

Many of the one-star reviews are outdated here, situation has improved with new management and employees, could always change but food is always fresh, is never handled with bare hands and its especially not having any half-filled cups, it's always filled to the brim. Always willing to own up to their mistakes by offering extra free products or otherwise. Overall, just a huge difference from a lot of these negative reviews as of the time of this review's posting. Make sure you make your allergies known as well, they are very friendly and always make it fresh for people...

I watched them handle food with bare hands and when I asked about it I was told I didn’t have to eat it. The girl at the register told me she didn’t have time to hear my complaint. The manager said he was allowed to handle food with his bare hands and was agreeable about not hearing complaints. Not the picture of customer service I would want to paint with a long line of customers standing there. This generation of employees you have working there is appalling. I’m choosing to eat elsewhere. I will not spend money somewhere that disrespects their customers that simply...
