Claim to be unable to honor text message coupons, constantly out of herbs and cheese bread, absolutely terrible customer service. examples: Took my wife to get our lunch while we were working, and their fountain sodas weren't working for whatever reason. We asked if they could substitute just a Gatorade since we had wanted a combo, and the girl told us absolutely not we would have to pay for the Gatorade separate from the sandwich and end up spending like 4 more dollars than the combo in the process. Seriously, I've worked in retail and food customer service and that is absolutely not how to gain repeat customers. Even if you "shouldnt" or it's not company policy, there are steps as an employee you should take to offer legendary customer service to bring back customers. Take some initiative.

I've used coupons at this location multiple times. I also work at the mall and know this was a new employee who was probably just lying and didn't know how to do it and didn't want to admit it. I ended up paying full price because I'm not one to argue, but I've not been...

He was very nice about it, and with the money I saved, I was able to buy a cookie. I just can’t get over how...

Sometimes a bit slow - they get busy and don't think there are many employees on duty - and don't like that they only honor coupons 2 days of the week.
It's inside the Mall food court so while there's plenty of seating and a bathroom nearby, it is part of the mall, not...
