Worst service ever! While placing the order, they kept switching between people taking the order, neither were friendly. After leaving we got about 20 minutes up the road, 2 of the 3 orders were messed up. We turned around only to find the inside was locked so no other choice but the drive thru with the SAME TWO PEOPLE SWITCHING IN BETWEEN trying to tell them the order was messed up only the keep cutting my husband off - we finally were told to pull to the window for the guy to never apologize, keep cutting my husband off AGAIN and laughing at him as he slammed the window in his face. The order was a chicken and cheese ONLY sandwich which was covered in lettuce, tomato and Mayo. The two chicken and cheese only quesadillas were cheese only. Here is a picture of the “fixed” quesadilla.

Did not ask for mustard at all, I said I wanted mayo, extra mayo, ketchup, lettuce, tomato pickle, & onion. Never said mustard, I absolutely hate mustard. Didn’t ask for half an onion & half a head of lettuce on my burger either, got more of a salad than a burger. Didn’t get my tomato or pickle, wasn’t room for it with the salad that was put on my burger. Tried to call but they unhooked the phone!! & where’s my fries at?! The other plate I ordered had so many fries the box wouldn’t stay closed, I really see why yall put my box at the bottom. The whole plate was made so poorly. The lady that took my order & the lady at the window was polite though. All yall had to do was keep the phone on so I can just get it fixed

This is completely unacceptable especially since I spent a little over $50 at this establishment. I have came here before and received the same treatment and I came back hoping it would be a different one and it was not. I will gladly take my service to Nicks now. I also asked for both sides to be fries so please explain the hard three chicken nuggets I received and then the fries are a bit cold and the texture is as if it’s been out for a little while. This order was made on the night shift after 9 p.m. this evening. Correct this issue for future customers. Fresh food needs to be served and to have that little bit for two sides is just lazy and ridiculous!!

It is only getting a five bc of the fact that I LOVE cookout but service was terrible. It took to long to finally get someone to take our order. I ordered no lettuce on my wrap and the guy who took our order even repeated that back to me and I confirmed yes no lettuce and he said "got you" PLEASE TELL ME WHY I HAD LETTUCE ON MY WRAPS!?! It pisses me off to end when they repeat it back to me so like I know you know what I said and then because my husband doesn't like when I go tell them so he always takes it back up there and has them remake it so when he gets done his food is now cold and I feel bad. Cookout sucks at this and not just this one it's been multiple different ones. It's a shame I can't order from the drive through bc of this problem, my husband and I just always eat there in the restaurant bc we both know that there is going to be lettuce on my wrap.

Oh, and Carmel Fudge Milkshake is 🔥. 10/10 highly recommend

Love the food but rarely go there anymore since they've gone to a drive through only format. Here's why: I spend at least 8 to 12 hours day in a car; I have no desire to spend my lunch break sitting in a car. In addition, we're not allowed to eat in our company cars, even if I wanted to. Since I spend the whole day driving, I usually patronize eating establishments with restroom facilities. Even if my bladder isn't full, I still prefer a place with hand washing facilities prior to eating handheld foods like sandwiches. When I'm not working, I'd just as soon go home and cook my own food, knowing it will be hot and fresh when it should be. I understand that the restaurant chains save tons of money on overhead... savings on restroom sanitation and supplies, lower waste disposal costs, no free refills, condiments granted sparingly, fewer cashiers needed per shift, no need for lobby sanitation...etc. I get it. I'd just rather spend my time and money where I'm welcome inside...

I wish I could give 0 stars. 1st employees hanging out in the lobby pretty much parting (cussing, laughing, yelling). 2nd the cashier didn't give a receipt. 3rd gave me unsweetened tea instead sweet tea when I told her that she gave me unsweetened tea, she just looked at me said they didn't have any more sweet tea. 4th she gave our food to the person who ordered after us, going back to not having the receipt to show them that was our food. I think the "manager" finally came out, the starts calling out food numbers, but being no one got their receipt nobody knew their number. The poor guy who ordered before we even walked into the restaurant was still waiting on his food after we left. EVERYBODYS food was wrong.The tables and floors were nasty. The food was burnt.
