Five Guys — Restaurant in Columbia

So my Dad and I went into the five guys on 233 N stadium Blvd in Columbia MO to get some food. There were 6 workers, 5 on the grill and 1 off to the side. We stood at the cash register for about 1 minute, we were not greeted, only 1 of the workers said hello, and it was very quiet. We ended up waiting for service for 1 minute and basically were just ignored. My dad asked if I wanted to to somewhere else, I said "yes" of course, so we left with a parting comment of "sorry for bothering you" on my Dad's part. Five guys food may be delicious, but ill take good old fashioned service with a smile over great food any day. We then went to the Pancheras just across the five guys. I only have one thing to say: awesome. Their service was amazing! They greeted us warmly almost immediately, and asked what they could do for us, it really improved my mood. Food was excellent. One particular employee, not so much. Store closes at 8pm on Thursday. I arrived around 730pm and despite 4 groups coming in after me, rushed to eat my burger and fries. They were all still there when I left. It was 805pm, and I finished eating, tossed my trash and was grabbing a refill to go. The machine blasted soda sideways all over my jacket sleeve. I shook it off and tried the machine next to it and got soaked again. Irritated, I asked the guy behind the counter what was up with the soda machine. He said "he took the nossle off" and straight up turned around and slow walked through a door into the back kitchen, leaving me there with a dripping jacket sleeve. He didn't even offer me a napkin, which they hold all of, from behind the counter. Completely...

So, we normally love 5 guys, because the food is freaking delish. Here was no exception, it was very delicious and the service was great..... except they messed up our order pretty bad. We only had four burgers but the last two had some parts of one burger and some parts of the other. Not cool when one of them is supposed to have jalapenos and three types of spicy sauce, while the other is a fairly standard burger because I cannot handle spice at all. Very sad. Not a dealbreaker but it made me sad. They weren't even all that busy, so I'm not sure why...
