Wendy's — Restaurant in Columbia

Last night I went through the drive thru to get my food. I ordered a 4 for $4, cheese burger NO onions, & a chocolate frosty everything fresh. Got to the first window to pay and they added extra things to my order the manager came back and got it fixed but you could tell she was at her limit and was frustrated. I then repeated can you make sure my food is dropped fresh the manager ensured me it was getting dropped now. I pulled up to the second window to get my food the lady handed me my drink and frosty she then thought she closed the window all the way and didn't and all I heard was the manager and coworker yelling and cussing at one another. She then handed me the food and I asked for a BBQ sauce then tried to ask for another straw before she slammed the window shut in my face. So instead of making a big deal I pulled off. I got all the home to find my cheese burger with a handful of onions on it when I asked multiple times for it not to have onions and my crispy chicken sandwhich and nuggets still raw and bun soaked in mayo. I took my food back up there when I walked in asked the cashier grace could I have my food remade she then told her manager that I wanted my money back instead of my food being remade. The manager refunded my money but she didn't give me what I paid for in the first place she gave me $5.13 back in change for my food but I paid $6.49 which I didn't notice until I already got all the way home. The manager then got mad because she said she could only do one or the other make my food over or refund my money when I specially asked for my food to be remade. While remaking my food the cashier grace was just cussing up a store in the matter of the 10 mins I was there not caring when heard her. She also did the most disgusting thing I have ever since cleaned trays with cleaning supplies then turned around and stared making food again without cleaning her hands which could possibly get someone sick with cross containing food. Horrible food and horrible service! Business should probably reconsider fire the crew they have now and...

Extremely disappointed with this location this evening. My wife and I visited for dinner at about 8 o’clock and went in since the drive thru seemed to be backed up. After waiting for a few minutes at the counter (the lobby was empty), someone finally approached the counter to take our order. I didn’t get his name as there was no name tag or receipt given. A special order drink had to be remade as we specifically asked for no ice. Upon receiving our bag, I asked about the chili and he looked at me like I was a fool and said he didn’t know I ordered it. I reminded him we had just placed our order less than five minutes before and we were the only people inside. He went to the kitchen, returning with a bowl of chili that I literally had to wipe clean the outside of it before placing it in our bag. He seemed peeved when I asked for a spoon. He then sharply asked if I wanted crackers and I politely declined to which his response was sharp to say, “That’s good, cause we don’t have any anyway.” Upon returning home, we ate dinner to discover the tomatoes on our sandwiches were not very fresh and the chili was extremely overcooked with only one piece of meat. Most likely, I will not return to this location even if it is...

Even one star is too many for the experience I just had at this Wendy's. First handed me a mini frosty in place of the medium " because that was the last they had" and they claimed to be " doing me a favor" as that one was only .50 cents. Then I get the food I ordered. The sandwich that I ordered as plain wasn't even rang up as such, even though I told them. The double cheeseburger I ordered, wasn't even in there and the chocolate milk for my daughter's kids meal sat on the counter as he looked at me waiting for me to leave. I told him what was missing and handed the bag back. I then explained that he didn't do me a favor by charging me full price for a medium and giving me a mini. Then he went to the back and handed me another mini frosty. Fifteen minutes after I placed my order I left with an insincere apology. I then get home and give my daughter her food and what was supposed to be a cheeseburger was a chicken sandwich...... I mean come on.... get it...
