I work for DoorDash and went to this location to pick up an order. I received a text saying the order was ready, so when I arrived, I went to the drive thru to pick it up. I sat there for 5-7 minutes without being acknowledged. Multiple employees made eye contact with me and made no effort to come to the window. Eventually, I pulled around and went inside. Once I came in, I still received no help. The one girl behind the counter just held up a finger. There was NO ONE else in the restaurant, and I counted SIX employees by the time I left. After being ignored even after asking for help, another worker came out and asked what I needed. I told him the name on the order, at which point he went back and started to mock my frustrated behavior with the other employees. I was speechless. Finally, a third employee came out and asked what I needed. I repeated the name on my order and she finally went back and got it as another employee said, “It’s been here the whole time.” She told me to have a good night and when I didn’t respond to her (out of frustration), the first employee laughed and said, “Ooo, he’s got an attitude” and they all proceeded to laugh at me again. At this point, I walked back in and voiced my frustration at the lack of service and lack of professionalism before I left. I have never experienced such collective rudeness in my life at a restaurant....
Read moreUPDATE: I contacted customer service as recommended and spent 10 minutes filling things out and providing my contact information. I am happy to report that customer service is as good as the food, TERRIBLE! It has been almost three weeks and I haven't heard a word from customer service. I wasn't wanting anything for free just possibly to make a recommendation or two.
I come to Columbus once every three months and one treat I would get is a meal from Donatos or at least that used to be true. My most recent trip I ordered two Italian subs and to say they were bad is an understatement. There were two slices of paper thin meat that you couldn't even taste over the 5 lbs of lettuce dumped on the subs, two tomatoes on each sub, and a couple banana peppers and over it all it just tasted bad. I ate a quarter of one sub and threw the rest out. I would write this off as a one off thing but six moths ago from this same place I got a pizza and the toppings were sparse and barely any cheese and all the edge pieces were burnt. I expect more from Donatos and can say this store has turned me off from the franchise. I don't write reviews but this was so bad I felt I needed to...
Read moreI order from here ALL the time usually pick it up..tonight after work I wanted delivery call at 8:39p pay for it over the hone after being juggled through 2 females 1rst one was rude & she couldn't hear..2cd one told me it would be 20 min then followed up with 40 then hung up!! Call back to get a man on on the phone he then tells me he doesn't see my order at all!! Then I have 2 choices a credit back to my card or another 15 min wait for the guy to deliver my food that didn't exist!! I then ask to speak to the manager guy puts me on hold noone picks up after 5 minutes! Hang up call back the SAME guy answers only says HELLO hands the phone to manager Mason...he then makes excuses as to why everything was a "miscommunication" then says that these people were trained the best possible way I said clearly not on customer service...and then I had to ask for any type of reimbursement!! I was told %50 off I'm just blown away!! I understand short staffed I do but no brain cells I don't why even answer the phone in the 1rst place! Best part I live across the street from Easton it's still not here & been a whole...
