Wow is all an individual could possibly say. This was my third time visiting this establishment. After prior occasions of never receiving at least the bare minimum of customer service, I still decided to bring my friend here because she wanted a drink and a good view and I AT LEAST wanted to give this establishment a third chance. Those chances ran out when me and our friends were clearly racially profiled here. To be very clear: we had our FIRST drink of the day (not to mention we have not seen each other in so long and I ultimately just wanted to provide an exceptional experience). We initially ordered one drink and calmly sat down at a sofa, we saw some guest leave in a different area that provided a beautiful view of the water so we decided to sit there after they left. Not to mention, we have already provided a credit card on file. While we sat at the three chairs looking over the water, we wanted to order a 2nd drink while we were sitting there. (About 45 minutes to an hour after our first drink)
Huge shock when surprisingly we are “cut off” from ordering a 2nd drink. Their excuse? Or actually, the “manager” that goes by “Shannon” stated that we are a disturbance to their guest and that their servers stated we were slurring our words. ALL of which are completely fabricated by this establishment if not Shannon herself. (Even our own server was confused why we were cut off as we were nothing but sweet individuals minding our own business while never “swirled” our words”. To make it simple, we were just three individuals that just wanted to have a good view and a drink, but instead we were racially profiled, looked up and down like we do not belong, and treated unfairly while others ordered drinks back to back. We were Cut off from providing this establishment more $ because they “assumed” we drank more before we arrived? Our tab included only one drink per person. How can one simply even provide that time of examination without any hardcore evidence? How DARE this location, including its manager Shannon, assume such false indicators. Thank you for ruining a night I carefully planned for such special people in my life. I will no longer recommend this location to any of my family, friends, colleagues, etc....
Read moreMy wife was very excited to include this location as part of her birthday celebration. However, her excitement turned into deep disappointment quickly. Upon entering the rooftop area, she immediately saw a large amount of both spiderwebs and cobwebs. She went to the bartender and asked if they were open since no one acknowledged her presence with a greeting of hospitality. He said they were, it was noon, and she ordered a drink. While he prepared the drink a not do friendly neighborhood spider descended from the bar lights to join. This made my wife jump. Bartender responded, yeah they're supposed to spray... And if you're bothered by spiders, don't sit at the bar and he motioned to the ceiling. Above the bar were literally hundreds of tiny white patches, also known as spider eggs. 😳
Again, it's around noon. The restrooms didn't have toilet paper nor soap, although a sign saying 'Employees must wash their hands before returning to work' was displayed. Uuummmm, how??! There is no soap! This was reported to their staff around 1230. As of 2:11, one roll of toilet paper was placed in the restroom on a stand....no soap🙅 They stayed that long only because of each other's company and the seating available just off the elevator. All in all, this establishment is far too new to be in such bad shape. The explanations given included blaming it on a Chamber event, 2 wedding parties, and bring short staffed. The response is to make the adjustments and say no if you cannot recover your business will enough to maintain your customer flow the next day. Other patrons remarked that the drinks they wanted were not available and agreed with the poor shape of the restrooms. Please do better because it's much to nice a location not too live up to the hype on a consistent basis.

Read moreSo we (2) visited this restaurant tonight and the service was absolutely terrible. The worst I've had in a long time. We got there around 8pm the restaurant is only open until 10 pm. We sat ourselves which seemed somewhat normal for the atmosphere and then we waited over 15 minutes for someone to come take our drink order. By the time the waitress came we gave her our whole order for food and drink. We got our drinks served immediately. The beer was fine but the margarita was gross. After serving our drinks the waitress never came back. She was running around at the bar and to other tables but never came and checked on us and we never got our food. Our waitress came out and told the couple next to us that she has been busy all night and they should have just hollered at her if they wanted another drink because they were complaining that she didn't come back. So I turned around and asked another waiter if he could check on the food and he brought it right out. However, it had clearly been sitting at a warmer for some time. We only ordered a pizza and three very small tacos. We did not get our food until 9:25pm. I left a small tip on the bill and a note that service was not good! We won't be back ever! Food gross Bad...
