The Posh Peach — Local services in Columbus

Such a cute boutique! Back story, we just moved here a week ago. My kids started school and wanted to jump right into the school functions. My oldest had a school dance on Friday and I found out on Thursday, the day before. I went to 6 different stores before I made it to Posh peach. Immediately was greeted with a warm "hello" and a smile. I believe it was the owner helped me puck out a few dresses for my daughter. She explained the return policy. Unfortunately, none of the dress fit so we jumped back in the car and rushed back. A different employee was there and she jumped into action. My daughter was literally in the dressing room for 10 minutes and tried on 4 dresses. I wish I got her (the employees) name because she was incredibly nice. She helped accessorize the dress and within 30 minutes we returned a dress for store credit, tried on 4 dresses, purchased a new dress as well as jewelry, and ran out. We couldn't be happier!!! I went in looking for a cute outfit to wear to a birthday dinner and had my one year old with me. The young lady working this morning was so patient, so kind, so helpful, and so genuine. I was in the boutique for what felt like forever because I am so indecisive and not once did I feel rushed or my time had become unwelcome. It’s been a while since I have felt welcomed in a boutique because most of the time I go in wearing workout clothes and look as if my life isn’t put together. This young lady did not judge me by my outer appearance and treated me as if I was or had a million bucks. I truly love this store! They have something for every body type! The customer service is OUTTA THIS WORLD! I shop at this boutique at least every 2-3 weeks NEVER have I been in and the staff not had on face mask! Not only that but I ALWAYS see them disinfecting the doors and counter.
