Placed an almost 70 dollar order for a special event that was ruined. Celebrating my little one, a big order was placed. She specifically wanted the new French toast. Order wasn’t ready when I arrived, I understand delays happen. No big deal! When I arrived home to pass out the order, her order was missing completely. Contacted the store to be transferred to a manager who could care less, no empathy, only thing he said was name, your card number ends in wxyz. You’ll get a refund in three days. I assumed it would be longer due to the weekend. This was on 6/17, still no refund for the item. Before you leave after placing a pick up order, make certain you take everything out, and check it. No matter how many bags they bring you. Everyone can’t be trusted to review the receipt and make certain all items are packed, like all companies can’t be trusted to complete a refund. If something is missing, you can call the location. They’ll recognize the error, offer a refund for the missing items, but you’ll never see the refund. Once you make a formal complaint about it, you’ll receive an email saying give them three days to look into it with no response. I tried to give them a chance to correct the issue multiple times before leaving a bad review. Learning you can’t avoid everything.
Update: Received a call on July 3rd that they correct the issue & the refund showed up today. Notified me that training would be provided to prevent others from this experience. Hope you guys have the...
Read moreAlthough my daughter and I have been going to this particular "First Watch" for over 10 yrs+ over time, the food was "excellent" as usual BUT this time our waiter was a little "short" on giving my daughter & myself good service!🤔😔 We ordered our food and also ordered a "takeout order & instead of putting our order in as he noticed we asked for food carryout boxes, he forgot to put the order in, which made us have to wait an extra forty-five minutes!😔🤗. Needless to say we weren't happy(my daughter had had a total knee replacement surgery but she wanted to get out the house) and First Watch was where she wanted to go for breakfast!🤗 Now I understand that he ended up with a large number of people to wait on( baseball team showed up) and we weren't as "dressed" as we usually are when we arrived this time(my suggestion to him is "do not judge a book by its cover")!🤔 I am sure his tip via all the people he waited on still did NOT surpass the tip she left him even tho' the service he gave us was poor & I did suggest no tip( but my daughter did leave him a substantial amount) But I will not let that hinder me from coming to a restaurant that I have been enjoying for years(we will just request different seats)!🤗 Hopefully, he will learn to give EVERYONE the same kind...
Read moreI’ve ate at this location twice in a row. I have eaten at other locations many times. The food was mediocre. The 1st day I ordered soup to go to take home for dinner. It was horrible (white bean/chicken chili) and it tasted like it had come out of a can with thickening sauce added. I had the custard french toast the 1st day. It wasn’t very custardy. The second day I had a Longhorn hash that was overly spiced to cover up the fact that the dish has very little brisket and the amount of potatoes compared to anything else on the dish would make it bland without the spice. I have NEVER been to this location when the offer you a refill on your drink. The waiters act like they’re so busy that they can’t be bothered with you. The noise in the restaurant (and it is loud) is a combination of the bad music and the waiters and staff in the back- not the clients. The waiters never ask you if you would like anything else, they just slap a receipt on the table as they are walking by. I have been to this location several times and have had the same experience. After my two days in a row, I’ve decided to leave a review. Hopefully, the manager will...
