Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Columbus

I ordered a sandwich with hot peppers to be delivered for a designated lunch break. When I received my sandwich there was no hot peppers. I took a picture of my sandwich and my receipt and called the manager Tara. She said she would have them bring me some. However, I work at a call center that has specific lunch break times and are strict so I would have no way of going to the front to pick up the hot peppers. I asked could they bring me a new sandwich tomorrow. She advised me to keep the wrong sandwich in the fridge and exchange them tomortow. So I guess I'm supposed to be hungry because they screwed up my sandwich. Or am I supposed to get an occurrence at work because they screwed up my order? My sandwich was incorrectly made: I called to let them know. This young lady named Molaria (?) was blatantly rude when I told her it was incorrect. Was argumentative and said if I hadn’t eaten it; they’d remake & send another. I started to ask a question & she hung up on me. I called back and informed her that she hung up on me & she said “.oh, my bad, I thought you were done!” Then I asked my question & then ended the call. I called again to get her name & she had an attitude, like she didn’t want to tell me. Finally she said her name after I asked 3 times & said that she was the manager: I thanked her & hung up. Wanted to rate 0 stars they sold my husband a sandwich with spoiled roast beef we didn’t have a receipt but we brought back the uneaten sandwich barely an hour later and they refused to give us a refund. After being ridiculed and argued with by the manager, who told us he was not only the general manager but also “Jimmy John” himself, we had to call the corporate complaints line to obtain our refund.

Also the manager didn’t bother to even check his meat after we told him it was spoiled.

We will NEVER spend money at Jimmy Johns and tell our friends and family...
