Johnson’s Real Ice Cream — Restaurant in Columbus

Roommates and I were excited for a milkshake on our Friday night. Johnsons is definitely a place we usually love with great ice cream flavors which is why I’m upgrading this review from a one to a 2 star. Now, we had absolutely no problem with the customer service, and we all selected our respective flavors that we wanted in our milkshakes. However, we each got the milk but we’re never served the shake. Our soupy drinks were unfortunately not what we were anticipating since we each paid $7 for each shake when we could have gotten something for half the price down the street at Chick-fil-A. Now, it wasn’t even like “oh, we forgot to order it thick.” No, these had no form of consistency even slightly resembling a shake. We are each ice cream fiends and none of us could even finish half of the drink because it just got worse with each sip. Don’t even know why they gave us a large straw for thick fluids.
