I tried to give Marcos one last chance in hoping the last two pizzas were just a fluke. But no, ordered again today and it was horrible again. It’s sad because this was the only pizza I could get my grandson to eat. He would be so excited to see the delivery person. He wouldn’t eat it today again. I had company over, they tried it and didn’t like it either. On top of that we had to cut the pizza in order to serve it. It was hot compared to the previous order which was lukewarm at best. Which is crazy because I live 3 minutes away. I order delivery because it’s convenient so I tip in cash and try to be generous. The timing is always great but the quality is not good anymore. So disappointed.
Fast forward to today 11/16. Tried yet again. Why?? I thought after being contacted by someone in charge it would somehow get better. Wrong. Worse than ever. Pizza was thrown about and cold. Wish I had asked to see it first before I tipped $10. Why deliver a pizza like this? Question is why did I order again? Just never order here. This place is horrible now, it was good at some point. Read moreI called ahead to the Reynoldsburg, Oh location to see if they delivered, because i live in Reynoldsburg, Oh. A guy answered & said "YES" so i proceeded to tell him ok that i would go online to place a delivery order to be delivered, so i could use my coupon code which was for online orders only, he said ok! I completed my delivery order at 7:17pm tracked my order they said it would start being made at 7:30 & it would arrive at 8pm. So around 7:49 (11 mins before it was due to arrive) a lady named Shane the manager tells me that i was out of the delivery area, sorry for the inconvenience & that i could come pick it up! I explained to her that would be an inconvenience for me, that's why i placed a delivery order. All she kept saying all the while sounding unconcerned, was that she was sorry! Now not only do i have to wait 5 to 7 business days to wait for $ to go back on my card, i had to spend more $ to order dinner from another place smh! What company wouldn't confirm an address when a customer calls in to ask, to be completely sure they service them? And not be sure before they make the food? I'll never patronize this business again & FYI quit sending flyers & coupons to every address in Reynoldsburg if the customer can "ONLY" pick up...
Read moreI enjoy Marco's.... Is it a chain....sure But you get a consistent pizza each time and I'm a fan of that. Big thing for me was pizza cut like a regular pie...none if this goofy cut that is just a bit too big to be bite sized. I like to hold my pizza and eat it like normal people.
UPDATE...still love the pizza but the store on Broad in Reynoldsburg....not so much. I love music as I work but it shouldn't be full of profanity in a store. I got in 2 minutes before my pizza was done, gave 2 people my name and had a seat while it finished. I watch as one of them that took my name barely 2 minutes prior took a pizza out, cut it, boxed it and put it on the shelf looking straight at me. Surely that wasn't my pizza but i didn’t see another in the oven. Five minutes later, I check online and it says mine is done so I walk up to the counter and ask about it and the lady that cut it said, "his is on the rack". Zero customer service. I'll find another location to pick up from. Ownership needs to invest in an upstanding manager...
