Update by google request 8/8/2023 5:53am: I was very dissappointed. The hubby got to work early so I said lets go get you some breakfast...welp the only thing open up here was MikkiDs. So we go through drive thru, one infront of us. After 10 mins we finally make it to the window. After the girl takes order I guess another 5 minutes she ask us to repeat our order. Then gives us the total, we pay. She returns the change. Go back to the computer, then goes to get coffee..keep in mind our order is hotcakes w/sausage and a hashbrown. Then I notice she looks in the bag thats been sitting there..walks around the corner thsn comes back and hands us the bag...again that has been sitting there. He ask if there is syrup in the bag, she gives him an ice coffee (neither of us drink coffee) then she says here is an ice coffee you can have it. He looks baffled, I tell him to just drive off. Also we never got a receipt because you best believe I was calling in 😂. So fast food took over 20 mins with one car infront of us. So again the wait was longer than expected but the manager in there did nothing to accomodate or change the negative to a positive. Yes, she was there she kept having to come to the from to assist with the monitor and show her something with the machine to the left. My husband definitely said he will NOT return!
The wait was way longer than I expected. Let me tell you though, the manager in the window was awesome. She asked my order and her. I told her I had extra extra cheese not just extra cheese. She told them, "oh extra, extra cheese you better not play with her cheese it better have at least 3 slices". Yes, ma'am, I don't know how she knew. For the first time, someone got my fish fillet right. I have been fighting with McDonalds for years about this. Read moreWe headed to the right drive thru and patiently waited our turn. When we got to the speaker they asked us to hold on. Not an issue. Five minutes of holding I chimed in to make sure they didn't forget us. We held for a couple more minutes then they took our order. We were rushed through our order and kept having to repeat ourselves. They never confirmed or order, just told us to go to the window. We paid at the first window then went to the second. They asked what we ordered and we told them. We ordered 2 x large qtr lb w/cheese and coke along with a large 10 piece meal with a coke. There was a bit of confusion but it was determined it was rung up wrong. We were awkwardly given a bag with one burger, nuggets, and med fries. I told them to just refund me when the manager came huffing and puffing over asked us what we ordered. A few min later she gave us our bag and closed the window no have a great day or anything. Please don't blame your customers when you get the order wrong. I was bring extremely nice and patient. Be better than that McDonald's! Work together as a team and own up to your mistakes. Read moreBy far the WORST McDonalds location in Columbus. Entered drive thru line at 4:10p both lanes were working. Noticed the left side lane was moving and the right lane wasn’t. 4 cars passed me on the left and still the same car in the right lane ahead of me did not move. After 8min of waiting it was finally my turn. Waited 4 minutes and NO ONE EVER CAME ON THE SPEAKER!!!! Called through true speaker, no one answered!!! I’m mindblown!!
Parked walked in to order and still drive thru did not move and no one at the counter. Another parent I know was waiting inside for her order for 10min and nothing!!
Adequate staff, they just DONT work. If you cannot work 2-drive thru lines then make a sign and say so we don’t waste our time, like seriously!!
