I'm conflicted with rating this place bc their food is savory and satisfying, but every other aspect is poor. I always get the terriyaki and orange chicken combo everytime I'm in Polaris Mall and it's always great. Their menu options are few and they charge too much for the ecosystems worst threat- styrofoam stuffed containers The staff is overly aggressive trying to get every passer-by to try their terriyaki chicken. It's minorly annoying to have their staff purposely interrupt my conversation and personal space with a wooden toothpick an inch away from doing damage. This hidden gem is great if you are looking for some Japanese comfort food. I have been coming to Nori Japan for many years, and they have been consistently tasty. It is located in the middle of the mall so the atmosphere isn't that great. They have different plate combinations, with freshly made Teriyaki chicken, shrimp, and beef, as well as some food in well warmers. The portions are always overfilled and hot. For the more frequent customers, they have a punch card with a free meal on the tenth purchase. Food was ok. Sake could've been more hot, was warm. Server was wonderful and he was pleasant and full of smiles, he was great! Manager, she was rude and condescending. They forgot one of our orders.
