Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Columbus

I am in town from WI and have never been to a Chick-fil-A. The line for the drive thru went out into the frontage road around the shopping center! Security(?) of some kind was talking with the manager(?) about how they needed to address this. The manager(?) took care of it and the drive thru line wrapped around the building TWICE! Despite all this the line moved quickly, the team members were efficient, polite, MOVED! Alex took my order and was very patient and helpful! Joseph brought me my order w a smile! My chicken deluxe w/o cheese, fries, and unsweetened tea was very good and correctly made. I’d go back for the service...

Picked up dinner for my daughter. I got home and she noticed a band aid in her french fry box. Naturally I called the store to let them know. I was asked what color the band aid was. I responded nude. They guy on the phone proceeded to tell me they ONLY have blue band aids in the store. ( Im clearly looking at a nude band aid) then he proceeds to tell me well " i checked the fry persons fingers sooo....). I let him know that he made me feel like I was lying and he said well next time you come you can get a free fry. I will not ever return to this location again they failed on...

I just gotta say that when I went to the counter with my empty cup to get a refill, the man who took my order waved at me and called me by name. He remembered my name. He then asked me to remind him what I was drinking and apologized for not remembering, saying that he usually remembers what people were drinking. My mind is blown. That's crazy awesome and impressive. All this was in a busy mall too, and the line was overfull when I ordered. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get his name, but I know he was wearing a bluish polo shirt and that his dedication is next level. This guy...
