I made an appointment to learn more about bikes as this was my first time looking at road bikes and my first time in their shop. I was able to promptly meet with Jason, the owner. He asked a few questions about what i was looking for and I mentioned I did not know much about biking but I was considering getting into it. He took the time to explain all the details and thought it was best to fit me to a bike, which was a great experience. I learned a lot about body position and how things should feel. He offered to let me take their bike down to river walk and even allowed me to take it home. I had a great experience with the team and decided to purchase a bike and equipment from them. I have since been back several times to purchase more equipment. I feel like the team cares about you and they want to genuinely help you no matter what your skill level is. If you are considering purchasing a bike or want to learn more, please give them a chance to earn your business, you will be...
Read moreverry friendly and knowledgeable staff. I did research online for my first real bike. Not a $100 walmart bike. I settled on a specialized after reading many reviews and articles then looked up local dealers. I went in to support a small business and I was so happy I did. The online price was very comparable but at Ride on they had to order the size i needed. Before he even ordered the bike he gave me one to ride over the weekend to make sure it was a good fit before I placed an order. I loved it. When my bike arrived they fitted it to me and explained how you can get knee strain from not having the seat and pedals adjusted properly. If professional riders use a store you can be sure its a great place but I'm a new rider and felt very comfortable and like they took thier time to educate me. I was so glad I didnt order online where there isn't a knowledgeable sales person to give you advice and tips. Ohhh and they give you a year maintenance for free with...
Read moreI dropped my bike off for a tune up. They called me and told me it needed a few parts and the parts summed up to more than I paid for the bike so I told them I only wanted certain things done. They called me a few days later and told me my bike was ready so I went in and right before I swiped my card I realized the total was wrong and I asked them what they charged me for. On the bill was the things I told them not to do. When I looked at the bike they didn't do those things yet they tried to charge me for them. I also saw they didn't do the thing a I asked either! I don't know if they did anything at all to my bike. Three days later I went back and they did what I asked after having to drive back and forth and clarify multiple times what was being done and what was being charged. I will take my bike elsewhere next time especially since they didn't offer me a discount or anything of that nature for the...
