I want to start this by saying I’m a very patient and understanding person. I hate that I have to make this review and never like giving a bad review but I’m fed up. I love going to sonic. I love the food but the customer service there is HORRIBLE. First of all TWO of their stalls were down when we went one time and had no signs on them to tell us that. Then we went back like a month later and those SAME TWO STALLS were STILL down with no signs. They finally have signs on them now. Every time I go now I just go to the drive through and they make us sit and wait for so long before they answer us. Today was the tipping point. A guy named Blake was taking our order and after we ordered one thing he just gave us our total instead of asking if there was more. We told him there was more and there was nothing but silence on his end so we waited for at least some acknowledgement that he heard us and we pulled forward and backed up to hit the sensor again and he answered then after we told him for a second time we still had more he said “yeah I still have you pulled up” so then we finished the order with no acknowledgement and no total given at the end. So then we call and ask for the general manager so we could tell them about the last couple times on how our experience has gone. Read moreI done a pretty big mobile order. I unfortunately was missing the pickle fries. One large and one medium. The people that brought it out didn’t bother saying anything about it so I assumed they forgot it. I went through the drive thru and the girl told me they are out. At that point I was irritated cause, why not tell me that while I was waiting on my order and offer to replace it? Instead of just letting me drive off and not mention it? Back to the drive thru girl. She asked me to pull around and asked what I would like to replace it. I told her I didn’t know what the price differences would be but could she just do this one thing. And she took the time to put it on her screen to see what the price differences were and gave me MORE then what I asked for to make the price right. SHE made the experience better. At that moment I apologized cause I didn’t have the cash to tip her. And for management purposes the girl had blue in her hair. Very nice girl! Read moreFor the past 5 visits I've made here, every slushie I have ordered gets made wrong. Either missing an ingredient or someone randomly decided to add nerds to it when it wasn't asked for. The attitude of most of the employees have also been pretty rude. Today, I went through the drive-thru and ordered two slushies, one with strawberries, and both of them made dirty. I took a sip out of mine, and it wasn't made dirty, I tasted no cream whatsoever. I took it back and told them, I pulled up to the window, and the employee explained to me what it meant to make it dirty? Lady, i know, that's why I asked for it lol. She said her coworker made it dirty, I said okay? Handed her the drink and said you can check if you want but I didn't taste any cream.
