I normally don't post reviews but I felt very compelled to share my experiences with this particular Starbucks. I have frequented this Starbucks for about 4 years now. Like many places of business, this store has had its share of staffing challenges through Covid, etc. Over the 4 years, I have probably encountered about 5 times in which my order was incorrect. However, I have NEVER had a time where they didn't own it and comp me for it. Over the past year, I have seen tremendous growth at this store. They have hired some really wonderful baristas and staff. I almost always use mobile order and my order is on point every time. I come in every morning between 6:30 and 7:30 AM. Almost all the staff greets me every morning with a "Hello, Thank you, and Have a great day". Kyle is absolutely wonderful. He takes the time to get to know you and shows he genuinely cares. My line of business is around emergency service which includes a lot of tough days but I can almost always count on smiling faces to greet me when I walk into this store. I'm so grateful for people like Kyle that work there who truly care and are trying to make a difference in this cruel world. I truly hope management at this store reads this and takes the time to thanks their employees for such wonderful service.

Read moreIt is at a great location. However, the drive through was the SLOWEST I have ever seen at any store. I usually order the drive online and pick up from this store. One time it was a Sunday afternoon. I drove to the drive through line and there were only 2 cars waiting. I usually walk into the store to pick up my order because I have always knew this store has the slowest drive through services. But this time there were only 2 cars. I was thinking, how bad can it be? I was wrong. From the moment I joined in the line as the third customer, to the time I actually have my coffee, was a WHOLE 20 MINUTES! I waited for 5 minutes at the window just for them to fetch my drink for me. I ordered online ahead of time so I know for sure they were not making it during this 5 minutes. From then I never go to the drive through line any more. One day I was waiting in the store and saw that they now have a monitor shows the stuff how long every car has been waiting for. Just from the time I was waiting for my drink (because the person messed up my online order so had to make me another one), every car's wait time is longer than 5 minutes. Read moreThis location provides TERRIBLE service! First, I tried to call in a $40 order for a business event. I was told they don't take orders over the phone and I would have to place the order through the app. Ok, fine. I downloaded the app and placed my order only to find I couldn't specify a time and date for pickup. I called the location to let them know I needed to make arrangements to pick the order up tomorrow around 1pm. I was told they'd write a note and hopefully the order would be ready when I arrived to pick it up. I explained the order was for a business event and I needed it to be ready @ the specified time. I was then told that couldn't be guaranteed. After that I requested to cancel the order and was told that request couldn't be facilitated either and I would have to call corp. Are you kidding me? What a joke. There are other places to buy overpriced coffee which, I do three times a month for work events. You just lost $1440 in sales over a year's...
