Gave me the wrong food, I heard the girl in front of me’s order and that’s what I got. Didn’t notice till home, turned around and went back, cashier and manager obviously both rude and upset at me for coming back. Not a single apology or smile, nothing for my trouble. Manager could have let me keep the wrong order AS WELL as get the right order but she threw the wrong order right in the trash. Waste! Also was given no receipt the first go round in the drive thru, you have to ask for a receipt it seems a lot of places these days, so that made the wrong order issue even SH!TTIER and harder to resolve! Give everyone a receipt! That’s drive-thru 101!! I don’t care about your paper and ink costs!! Give the receipt lazy as$es! ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS LOCATION! The thing that bothers me is the lack of professionalism and quality service. I have gone to this location numerous times after working 13 hours and needing a quick meal, each time more disappointing than the last. Most recently, I ordered only two items (a large fry and baked potato) and received only a cold baked potato. Really? They literally left out half of the order - and it was ALL on the receipt! Read moreThis is the worst Wendys I've ever been to. Literally all 3 times was a horrific experience! First time was all the food was ice cold food was colder then our drinks. Then 2nd time they didn't have iced coffee that goes with the cinnamon so I asked if they could just replace the coffee with a soda and I get up there to pay and they added on the soda with the $5. So I figured I would give another chance. I asked for a cinabon and Ixed coffee. They had to check if there were any available and he says yes I have one left. We get it and there's no icing it's room temperature and it's super rubbery. This place need a district manager to come in and clean house!!! All 3 times was terrible experience!
