Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Commerce

The order was right and the wait seemed a bit long but all was fine except the part where it was 85ºf outside and was a lot hotter once I stepped inside. The owners of this location need to seriously consider employees well being, it was ridiculously hot and I wasn’t standing infront of ovens or working like the employees were. As a costumer I was able to notice how more than half the staff seemed exhausted due to the heat. I’m surprised this location is up and running with no ventilation, the worse part of it all was when I saw a small fan as if that would help the whole kitchen part. I hope someone reports this...

I ordered an almond pretzel and lemonade. A salesperson gave me burnt an almond pretzel. It was very hard and chewy. I wanted to change the other one about all five of them looked like a burnt.
