Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Concord Township

First all , I order my pizza at the Domino Pizza located at 991 Glen Mill Rd, Glen Mills, Pa.. I ordered a crunchy thin Crust , with Spinach & Italian Sausage cost me $19.76 for a pic up order, Once I was there for pick up, I flash my Hazard lights for contact for someone to bring out my 🍕 that I ordered , I waited for up to 30mins or longer, still no one delivered my pizza to my car 🚗. So I decided to go inside to see what was going on with my pizza 🍕 due to the long wait…well the guy inside Darrell, was very rude to me , yeahing at me saying I did not order that type of service, and he was not going outside to bring out the 🍕, he literally threw my pizza across the counter to me , I go outside to my car , open up the pizza , it was not what I had ordered, went back into the store, told Darrell that type of pizza I did not order , he started to yeahIng at me saying that was not what I ordered , and he was not going to make me anything else, about he did nit care if I report him & he did not care about his job , to do what ever , I told him , I was going to report him and I hope that he will get fired , yiu just do not treat people any kind of why , there was another person inside the store that witness his awful behavior and rudeness, he truly did not care , I left the store tgat night with no pizza .. I literally paid Dominos for a Pizza that I never did get at all.. Worst Dominos I have ever did any business with ever.. I had high hopes for my recent Domino's Pizza order, but sadly, it fell far short of expectations. Let me break down the disappointing experience:

Firstly, the delivery time was egregiously long. I get it, it's not always possible to have pizza at your doorstep in a blink, but waiting over an hour for a simple pizza order is simply unacceptable.

When the pizza finally arrived, it was lukewarm at best. It seemed as though it had been sitting around for quite some time before it even made it into the delivery bag. The cheese had congealed, and the once crispy crust had become disappointingly soggy. It was like eating a sad, sorry excuse for pizza.

The toppings were sparse and unevenly distributed. It felt like a game of hide and seek trying to find any semblance of flavor beneath the overwhelming layer of bland tomato sauce. And don't even get me started on the supposed "premium" toppings – they were anything but premium.

To add insult to injury, the customer service was non-existent. When I called to express my dissatisfaction, I was met with indifference and a lack of concern. It was as if my concerns were falling on deaf ears, and all they cared about was getting me off the phone as quickly as possible.

In conclusion, my experience with Domino's Pizza was nothing short of a disappointment. From the lengthy delivery time to the lackluster quality of the pizza itself, it's safe to say that I won't be ordering...

Domino's does not allow you to review how they did without first receiving your order; But then how can you review them if you NEVER receive your order? My brother and I decided to give this Domino's one last chance (we've had bad experiences with them before and hadn't ordered from them in months), and we were left starving for almost 2 hours. I ordered food online and watched as the indicator showed that my order was being prepped... for an hour and a half. (I didn't call earlier, because I gave them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they were busier than usual or maybe something happened) After calling the store directly, they told me that they didn't have a delivery driver for the night. I get it, things happen. But they never left a message to let me know earlier. No voicemail, no email, no text message (which I did sign up for), and the indicator still showed that my order was being prepped. I wish I could say that this was a special situation, but because we've already had bad experiences with them before, I will never order from this...
