Caffe Bean — Restaurant in Concord

Went in for an iced herbal tea at store in Sunvalley Mall. Asked for a specific tea and was told that the lady in front was having the same herbal tea. They held up a dark amber iced tea and handed it to the customer. When my iced tea came out next it was a shade darker than clear water. Totally weak and diluted. They had REUSED the same tea bag as the lady before me (even though I paid $4.25 for the drink). I was completely scammed. I could not face a confrontation over their dishonesty so I left. Decent coffee, nothing to rave about, but at least it isn't bad. We used the kiosk, the prices listed for any drink that includes milk does not include the milk in the price. So if it says a small latte is $4.75, it's only $4.75 with NO milk of any kind. Is that still a latte? All milks cost a minimum of .75 cents. So that means a small latte is actually $5.50, not $4.75 as listed on the menu.
