I Hate going to the CONCORD NEW HAMPSHIRE PAPER STORE Every time I ALWAYS Come out of there Crying There so rude to me. I think it's because I when there one time and I felt one of the lady's were following me I spend a lot of money in that store. so I told her if she was doing her job She wouldn't be watching me. She would make sure ALL the Items had price tags on them. She said she was doing her job. Then I said if the people that work here would stop socializing so loud with each other and keep their personal stuff quiet. now when I go in it's NOT GOOD AT ALL I LEAVE CRYING. I thought to myself as I was reading this it doesn't even matter because The response is always the same where sorry and nothing ever gets done As I'm Writing this right now I'm crying And thinking about the Rochester store an how much different the Sales people are at that store compared to the Concord store. And this is not the first time either IT'S ALL THE TIME I GO IN.

Absolutely will NEVER shop here again. I was in the store Friday 5/7/21, and their card readers were having trouble (timing out) so they had me (and every other customer) keep re-trying their cards. What they DIDN'T tell ANYONE was that the funds "may go through" but then clear usually in 24 hours. So when you make a $100 purchase, and they run your card 3 times but it doesn't work - they're STILL holding $300 from your account. We waited their 24+ hours, and one charge has cleared our account - but they "unfortunately can't do anything about it" so we had to open a claim with our bank. My whole family lives this place. One of our go to places for gifts. Something for everyone can be found here.

Candy, toys, cards, clothing, collectibles and much more. You will not be disappointed if you have no idea what ro buy for a gift as they have many ideas presented for you.

And best of all I love the wool socks they sell here. They are so soft and comfortable to waet and they keep my feet warm while riding my bike all winter long. Nor hiking, walking or doing any out door activities.

There are also many other great stores in this plaza. So stop in next time you need a gift...
