I would give this establishment a higher rating. I would of given 5 stars as the sandwich I usually order for take out is always perfectly made , the bread and overall sandwich is one of the best in this town that leaves me craving more. The establishment is always clean and the staff are all very friendly and accommodating. Today might have been an off day; the bread was not as fresh and was a bit stale. The turkey was also not as fresh and tasted like the deli meat that had past its expiration date. I hope this review is a reminder to always serve the freshest bread and ingredients that customers always expect and come back for. Other than that I have to give excellent customer service to the staff that work here. I am always greeted so positively and they are always willing to help with anything. Not a bad sandwich shop. Went in for my first time in Sept 2022 and liked the experience and the product. First it was kinda difficult to find a quick parking spot but did finally see an available one in there very small parking area. The spots are also kinda Striped for very thin autos. I asked what was their most iconic sandwich to the maker behind the display and her replay I heard nothing she said but told her sure I’ll have one of those. I’m not to picky and I figured she heard me. What I got was a hot Pastrami sandwich. I then returned to my car and went on my way back into rush hour traffic. These sandwiches are not to be eaten on the road. I got ingredients all over me and my car. I think I actually put more on me than in me. I posted feedback last week after I placed an online order and the sandwich was made completely dry (no mayo, mustard, etc.)

I decided to give this location one more shot and this time ordered in person. I asked for ONLY ranch and baja sauce and was given not only these, but a mix of mustard and mayo as well. I even specifically stated no may or mustard. The combo of these toppings were almost worse than the sandwich being completely dry. I am disappointed to say the least. A $20 meal each time and even when ordering in person, it was wrong.
