Please please PLEASE - AVOID this location. The two young ladies with glasses this morning made the smoothies backwards from the order indicated on the receipt. I requested a blend promised because it came out incorrect; The other associate made it - backwards again and missed items as a result. I did mention it to them that they needed to follow the order that prints and she snapped back with "it doesn't matter how you do it." My last 2 trips they didn't make my smoothie right - I give one extra instruction so the smoothie is less sweet, and the instruction was neither typed in nor written down. Therefore ignored. I brought it to the staff's attention and there's just no "satisfaction guaranteed" (like they promise on the big sticker at checkout!) that they care about. We constantly have issues with rude interactions with your employees. No eye contact, mumbling, flirting with each other and other customers and taking forever to make a drink is unacceptable.
