What ever happened to "The customer is always right?" I stopped buy to pick up 2 - 6" subs on my way home. First of all, the person who helped me asked me at least 3 times for each sandwich, "what do you want?" "Do you want it toasted?" "do you want cheese?" "What else do you want on your sandwich?" I knew she could speak English, but she was not getting my answers. The food looked ok, except for the spinach, which looked mangled. I asked about it and she said "that's the way it came in today." When I got to the cash register, I gave a coupon to the owner (?), and he wouldn't accept it. Said I had already used it. I told him it was new, and I just cut it out of the paper, and he called me a liar. I have never been treated like this by a vendor. He kept shoving the coupon back into my bag. I finally threw it on the floor behind the counter. Then he started forcing me to take the receipt, and I refused it. . . He was extremely rude. I threw the receipt back at him and left. I have never seen this team working in this location before. Not sure if he just bought the place, or if someone hired the whole family. Don't go there if you have a coupon, or would like to be treated like a customer. As a business owner myself, I can not understand this show...
Read moreMe & my co- worker’s whenever we want subway for lunch we always go to this place because it is closer to our workplace,this particular girl always have some bad attitude,very rude but we just let it go everytime,not until today she really went overboard!!she-did descriminate me with the way I speak English & to think that she’s an Asian like me,she even added that how am I gonna be able to communicate with the kind of work I do, you know how hard it is to speak with the mask on right now she got upset cuz she doesn’t understand well with the way I’m putting my order ,me & my co worker was so upset we left without taking the sandwiches…besides she’s not even wearing mask while doing the sandwiches..this girl is very very disrespectful & very rude!! I saw another review from Jerry saying staff should be ready to serve the moment the doors open at 8:00 AM—not still setting up and keeping customers waiting. I couldn’t agree more, and I’d add that closing at 9:00 PM should mean taking orders until then—not putting things away early or locking the doors before closing. I checked online and saw Subway’s hours listed as closing at 9:00 PM, but when I rushed over and arrived well before closing, the sign still said “Open” yet the door was locked and the employee was already cleaning up. If hours are posted, customers expect full service for every minute those doors are supposed to be open—both at opening...
