Incredible Pizza--We came, we tried and we both decided we're fine never trying to go here for a nice meal date as a couple again. Although the main part of the pizza is filling and okay the pizza slices are incredibly small, (And yes I get that you likely do that for the children demographic --as well to keep the adults coming back for more food to sell more) the plates too were smallllll, the pizza crusts were-- yuck. Cici's in Conroe (also a buffet style) has plumper, tastier, softer pizza crusts than you all do and when we went there, that location STANK--like mildew or something, it stunk so that it was overwhelming and I told my hubby I needed to go just as we walked in the door--it was overwhelming whatever was going on. But we had been to other Cici's and LOVED their pizza-- they had better crusts. SO, I don't know what's so "incredible" about incredible pizza. Much of the items were not even labeled as best I could glimpse. We had okay pizza, satiating pizza but... incredible? Eh, not my adjective of choice. Plus, to top it off--whoever was having a huge party--INCREDIBLY LOUD, obnoxious not caring that there wasn't another pathway to where they were taking photos of whose ever party it was separating albeit in brief from my hubby as we waited with them between us taking pics and not even offering another pathway around--for us sitting down to our meal. The ONE room where everyone is packed to sit down and eat--that just doesn't strike me as a great idea for many reasons but yeah, again the clientele really rude, uncaring (the adults) and lack of self-awareness. My hubby and I wanted and needed a nice lunch date to our week, and this just made the week and day worse. Instead of being able to sit down and have a nice conversation, we ate in mostly silence amidst the verbal exclamatory "grenades" going off and semi joked about the possibility of improving the room by interior design lowering the sound as an issue. I hate it as someone who is an entrepreneur myself when business people try to cop out on the excuse "Well, I can't control people" or "I can't control the item you're complaining about because I deep it to be outside 'forces/issues' when you literally own the building, online store or whatever the case --you have jurisdiction and authority. Clubs have all the time, that they can refuse service. Youtube platforms have moderators for platform etiquette, some sort of order or etiquette in my experience needs to be stricter on the clientele for the company to maintain continuity of the positive of their own mission statement. Incredible pizza might consider having a room for the introverts to enjoy the experience. The patronage there is awful with not only children who just haven't maybe learned manners yet-- so I am willing to give them grace, but the adults being rude and pushy and just way worse than other all you can eat buffets I have been to. No thank you. You seem to attract horrid clientele, so it's no wonder the staff seemed to keep to their lane and for the most part not look like they enjoy their job. I wouldn't either and I have worked in food service. And I, as a customer, should not be that level of stressed out both when I enter the area deemed for eating, overwhelmed by the sheer volume, but additionally stressed exiting-in an eyeblink's time length, rebooting from the dining area wondering who is going to silently hit into or bump into me when I am trying to enjoy a meal as opposed to being that level of stressed stepping out into oncoming human "traffic" that felt like what I have heard people describe in cars to Germany's infamous Audubon highway--looking all ways at once trying to anticipate that's going to hit me and send the plate and food possibly flying and who multiple people not respecting personal space. The front cashier we encountered was great but yeah, the environment you have created is not a great one, despite all the fun and interesting things...
Read moreTook my kids here today thought it was going to be fun. It was a nightmare. It cost us about $100 for three kids to play and one adult buffet. The food was ice cold. The play area for my toddler was closed off by benches. We had to wait for some random person that don't even work there move the bench. My toddler went in that area to play. There was no employees in the play area for the toddler. So once he was done playing, he ran out, squeeze between two benches and kinda hurt his self. I thought that the benches was totally unsafe. I thought that someone that had their kids there just put the benches there to block their small kid from leaving. They did not put out no new pizzas the whole time I was there for the hour and a half. I asked the ladies behind the pizza counter. Was they gonna put out any pizzas and they just looked at me so I ordered a pizza after 30 minutes I looked. Behind the pizza bar and there was my pizza just setting so I stood up, went up to the pizza buffet and asked the lady behind the counter cause she please give me my pizza and she did and it was hot and good but by this time, I wasn't even hungry. I let my older kids play. So my young daughters went in the small kid area. They was the correct size for that area. I had to go to the restroom so I told her older brother that's only 11 years old to go in there and watch them while I was in the restroom when I come back, walking to a older gentleman and two older ladies were standing there looking at my son with a very mean, look on their face and the employee that worked there was saying something to my son. Then she went back to the gentleman and started to laugh and look at him and shake her head. It was very rude. I literally got my kids and walked out of there, cause I did not wanna cause a scene... my son was very sad and crying on the way home didn't know why they was laughing at him. He said she said that he wasn't allowed to be in that area for any kind of reason. So I called the manager and she informed me that they put the benches in there so no other kids will go in the play area.🤦🏻♀️ and she knew the benches was there I said well ma'am you did not have no one to move them benches or let the young kids and that was not safe. I told her about my son and what had happened and she was like OK sorry for the inconvenience. I told her she should replay the videotape and see and ask the employee what they was talking about because it made my son feel very uncomfortable and embarrassed. and about the buffet, she said they are not going to put out fresh food. If no one's eating the other food that's on the buffet. There was no food on the buffet. Only a few picked over slices of pizza that was ice cold.🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ so save your money and go to a park or go to Andretti's our main event. Just don't waste...
Read moreI disagree with those who have said the Pizza is lower quality than CiCis. I found the Pizza to be ok. The slices are small, but cut appropriately for children, I found it comparable to Pizza Hut or other delivery pizza. Went on a Sat around 4:30 PM and observed the buffet stayed well stocked every time I walked past. The cleanliness of the dining areas and buffet was not bad, you have hundreds of children running around, it's not going to stay perfect and make no mistake, this is not Dave & Busters or Main Event. Incredible Pizza is Chucky Cheese meets theme park. Everything here caters to the little ones as you'd expect. Keep in mind to get in to play the games and ride the bumper cars, go karts, etc.. every person in your party must pay $10 for the buffet. The only except being children 3 and under who eat free.
My problems with Incredible Pizza began when we entered the gaming area. The ticketed games (ski ball, basketball, etc...) included free with the $20 per person 1-hour game pass/buffet combo price had a lot of issues. Most arcade games were not included with this pass. Most of the ticketed games were not well cared for, examples: cracked dome on hunger hipo, deflated basket balls, monitors with horrible contrast or just showing shades of blue, purple etc... The LCD displays where you scan your game card to play were often broken, just displaying bright white. Technically working, but run-down. And "run-down and not well kept" a good overall description of the place. The Go Karts, Bumper cars and bowling seemed to be an exception, these areas where well kept, but there was a 45-minute wait to get on Go Karts and the Manager decided to let six people skip in line, gave no communication to the rest of those in line as to why this was done. We saw one customer walking around with a snake wrapped around his neck (support animal? maybe?) the whole experience was kind of bizarre.
This is the only go kart place we've found that would allow my 2.5 year old run to ride with my wife or myself. Most have strict rules around this.
Three stars. There's nothing wrong here management couldn't fix with just a little effort. If you don't mind the problems mentioned, this could be a great place for a younger child's birthday and overall...
