The customer service that I have not received from Chandra at the drive thru was horrible!!!! I visit this location all the time my last two experiences going through the drive-through with this person Chandra was the worst customer service that Iâve ever had in any business when you pull up to the window she does not smile or greet you. She just looks at you that also happened the very first time with the same employee (Chandra) and sheâs not friendly at all. The second time I visited the same thing, no hello no nothing. She just looks at you and I believe the second time I went she told one of the other employees something because he was standing at the window looking at me like a deer in the light and she had a smirk on her face, and she even turned to him and smirked again and then turned back to me With the same smirk! No one should be in Customer Service with this horrible attitude. She could really be a pretty young lady, but her personality and attitude makes her not so pretty. If you donât like the job you shouldnât have applied for it. You applied there we didnât. I even talk to the manager Brittney and she apologized for the incident, but that does not help the two services that Iâve had going there. The manager Brittney gave me the wrong number to the Corporate Office so I had to go back to my office & research the Corporate Office number myself. Iâm not sure if she gave me the number wrong on purpose or if she truly didnât know it but being a manager,, you should know the company that you work for corporate office phone number.
This will be my last visit at this location, Iâve heard other people say the same thing. I just never had witness it myself but today I can say it happened to me too. I work at a very large firm and no lots of people and we will never be going back to this location again. Corporate, I hope that you check into this because chandra is going sheâs going to ruin your business. my food was good, but the customer service that I received...
Read moreI was referred to McAlisterâs by a good friend of mine, Chaz, who has been telling me for a while that their tea is the best around â and so are their sandwiches. My wife and I eat sandwiches pretty regularly, but usually at another spot (letâs just say, an East Coastâbased competitor). Well, while in Conroe a week or so back, meeting friends, we passed a McAlisterâs sign and hearing his voice in my head, I finally decided to listen to my buddy. Iâm glad we did.
Walking in, we were greeted right away. The place was clean, welcoming, and had a nice atmosphere. The young man at the counter (thin build, round glasses) was extremely polite and made us feel right at home. He patiently answered our questions and helped us through the menu.
After ordering, I stopped by the restroom â clean and well-kept (menâs room was out of order, but that happens). Our food came out quickly, and it was excellent. The sandwiches were outstanding: soft bread, fresh vegetables, flavorful meats. I tried the mac & cheese, my wife had the cucumber salad, and both sides were delicious.
What really surprised us was the service. We werenât expecting table visits or refills at a deli-style spot, but the staff checked in on us, refilled our drinks, and made sure we were taken care of. That small detail really stood out and made the meal feel special.
And yes â I have to admit it; my friend was right. The tea is phenomenal. Easily some of the best Iâve had, and Iâm seriously considering that Tea Pass.
Weâll definitely be back. McAlisterâs has made...
Read moreI read that Alex is the manager from another one star review on here so. The manager (Alex) thought I was trying to steal food as an Uber eats delivery driver. Came up to me with an attitude to begin with. He told me to show him the app which I did and then told me to slide on the green part which is when you deliver the food. I tried explaining to him that if I did that then it'll take me to the next order. He did not let me explain and kept demanding that I slide the green bar. I did and of course took me to the next order which was no longer McAlister's and was McDonald's. He then said he wasn't giving me the food and was super rude. I called Uber support which they then told me they would be calling the restaurant. I went up to the counter to let him know to answer the phone so he could verify I was not trying to steal he then said " I don't care you are not getting the order". When he picked up the phon to speak with Uber he told them I was rude and had an attitude. After he confirmed with them that it was me he basically almost threw the food at me and said "Never come back here again". Thankfully Uber support was on the phone with me the whole time and heard everything. They reported the incident. I just wanted to come on here in hopes that higher ups see it and do something about because he seems like he is rude to all the delivery people. We are working just like them so why make our jobs...
