Too Expensive for locals & Tourist. Let’s start with the “Complimentary Valet”. Unfortunately, this is a way to scam people. We pulled up and were told & pointed to park in a certain spot & then were told we have to tip. They gave us orders where to park, they did not even valet the car and then expected us to tip.Maybe you should look up what the word valet means in the dictionary. There was no other parking available in this area as the “Valet” has now taken over the whole parking lot that holds an estimated 200 cars. We only did the valet because we had to not because we’re lazy or don’t mind parking the car ourselves. Then we go into bowl, told its $70 for 3 people charged us and then told us nothing after that. Not what we were being charged for, how long or what lane to go to and then again expected us to tip on the receipt. After standing there for 5 minutes we finally asked what lane are we supposed to go to. My friends and I used to come here all the time as locals and now it shows they’re just trying to rip tourist and locals off and provide minimal customer service. Travelers be warned, they’re trying to take advantage of you. I’m sorry to have to do this after all my years of coming here, but you have gone too far now as a company trying to rip people off with unsatisfactory customer service on top of that. It’s also not a proper bowling alley as their pins are on strings now. Also, now remembering that I’m a King‘s Member no one asked me, and I potentially lost out on certain rewards. Team, don’t offer a reward service if you don’t train your staff to enforce it. Highly disappointed in this establishment that I used to...
Read moreWe were sat at 7:00 pm for the Dine then Bowl option. It took at least 10 minutes for our server to greet us and take drink orders. Our server came back for our food orders a little after 7:30 and we ordered a regular cheeseburger and pizza. Over the next hour, our server came by at least 3 times to tell us he would check on our order and apologize for the wait. On the last time, he told us he had told a manager about it and asked her to check on our food. There were a few large parties and it was a Saturday night so we were being understanding about the wait. At 9:00, after sitting for 2 hours, we finally asked another server to send the manager, Brittany, over to see what kind of options we had. We saw the server talking to the manager and point to our table. The manager then walked away and didn’t come talk to us. We ended up walking out and told the host what had happened. He tried to wave over the manager who was standing at the other end of the dining room and she still refused to come over. We told him we weren’t interested anymore anyways and were just going to leave. He did write down an offer for some free shoes and games for us to come back but I highly doubt we will be using it anytime soon. As two people who worked in the restaurant industry for multiple years, we are extra understanding of situations like this, however, the fact that a manager outright avoided us and refused to come talk to us, even when we were looking right at her, is absolutely ridiculous and...
Read moreMy recent visit to this locale has reaffirmed its reputation as a desirable destination for bowling enthusiasts. From sparkling lanes to smooth service, it's a place where strikes and spares can be enjoyed alongside other diverse activities, making it a fantastic blend of fun and complexion.
The service, while not spectacular, meets expectations - efficient but certainly leaves room for improvement. Staff are there when you need them, proving to be quite satisfactory, if not exceptional.
However, it's important to address the elephant in the room - pricing. While the activities and environment on offer are undoubtedly enjoyable, the cost feels rather crowded at the top end. It's a touch heavy in comparison with similar offerings elsewhere, which might sway budget-conscious visitors.
Now, regarding the culinary offerings, they align with the overall quality one would expect; appetizing but certainly not extraordinary. While the food provided is indeed pleasing to the palate, don't expect a gastronomic revelation - this is good, honest, traditional bowling alley cuisine, but nothing that particularly singes memory or warrants a surprising raise of the eyebrows.
Indeed, a few elements may require a nudge towards perfection, but overall, it stands as a decent venue to roll some balls, eat decent food, and spend time with friends. With a little fine-tuning in pricing and service, the place could strike out from the crowd and become a true star of the...
