Went this morning am the only one on line they got 4 5 people on tables lady is looking for the plates they do the bowls in tells me they’ll be right with me literally stood there for 3 minutes if not longer waiting on her till finally someone came out the back and helped me but this lady was 2 feet away from looking for something that was way too important that she couldn’t take my order had me waiting because am on her time then when I ask for 2 large drinks with lit ice she makes one with 3/4 of the large cup full of ice and the second she was half way when I told her hey I said lit ice she says this is lit ice we fill our cups all the way up with ice so this is lit and it doesn’t mean am going to fill it up all the way to the top with juice so basically telling me we’re selling you a large cup of ice for $3-$5 how nice thank you for your crappy...

Honestly every time we have been to this location in spring off of 45 there’s always an inconvenience. To start off I ordered 3 tacos and wanted nopales(cactus) on 2 so I let the young lady know and with an attitude she told me it was going to be extra because I didn’t let her know from the beginning but I let her know while she was serving the meat on the tacos. Also my husband ordered 2 Gorditas which at the other locations we’ve been to at gulf bank and 45 and at the beltway they always have cheese on them and here at this location in spring it was barely noticeable on one and the other had none. At this point I’d say just visit the other locations. Customer service is a lot better as well at the other locations. And they have a variety of salsas and toooing at the other...
