Previous reviews stated that they needed to work on their staff management - well they did! We had exceptional, fast, and reliable table service throughout our entire meal. It was so good in fact we all agreed that we’ve never had such fast turnaround from ordering to getting our food. They were prompt to deliver and clean up and there was always someone around to call for clarifications on the menu.

I would highly recommend the unlimited sushi for $25.95 - we had the right number of dishes to satisfy everyone and it included everything off the menu including deserts. It was a more than phenomenal deal. It provides a chance to try things I normally wouldn’t explore and opened my eyes to baked sushi rolls which are now my favorite sushi form.

They have tons of options from sushi rolls to shiahimi, to baked rolls, and more. Everything we ate was delightful, had excellent presentation, and made your mouth water🤤.

Sakana is one of the few quality AYCE restaurants in Las Vegas! This was the first stop my group and I took once we got to Vegas and we were not disappointed. This place is located within a shopping plaza and so there is quite a lot of parking. They are open until midnight every night, which is very convenient for those late night sushi cravings.

Service is pretty fast. Once we walked in, we were almost seated immediately even though the place was pretty full at around 10PM at night on a weekend, maybe we just got lucky. The server explained the limitations for certain special rolls to us and we ordered our first round. The first round came out much faster than what we expected. The sushi was FRESH and delicious! It was all crafted uniformly and the presentation was clean. As we continued to order our rounds, the sushi chefs became more and more ambitious with the look of our sushi! The servers said we were overly encouraging them as we continued to rave and take pictures of our sushi boards and rolls haha! At one point, they gave a rose made of salmon sashimi, it was the cutest thing!

One of my favorite aspects about this place, is the fact that they serve very unique things (limited to one per person), but I got to try fresh shrimp and other unique fish there!
