The reviews really set my expectations high. I love bagels, and have had many. To see that this place has won awards of best bagels, I had to come try it. It's not bad, but I can't say I'd seek this place out. Young kid took my order. Wasn't rude, but wasn't friendly. I had to try the famous Kweenie. Never heard of it before, or the fancy OG version. I assumed itd be warmed, but it comes cold. I didn't like how crispy the outside was, it reminds me of stale bread? The inside it's beautifully fluffy. But I'd rather a regular croissant. The flavor didn't blow my mind, there were areas that I got that buttery maple flavor and that was delicious but it was the minority. I was sure that my onion Bagel with veggie cream cheese was going to be the next best thing since sliced bread, despite my lack luster experience with the kweenie. My toasted Bagel was cold. It was toasted, but it was cold. So they're pre toasting the bagels? I want my bagels toasted partially because I want them warm when I'm eating them. This is ultimately what brings this from a 4 stars for me to a 3 (rather 3.5 if google allowed it). The cream cheese was good. The Bagel was chewy, I like that. It had seasoning 360 degrees. Why can't it be a freshly toasted Bagel? I still had to wait some time for it. Again, not a bad place, but did not live up to the hype. I'd save the $13 and make a Bagel at the house/hotel.

We recently embarked on an epic 3 1/2 hour road trip from Montreal to North Conway, New Hampshire, and boy, was it worth it! Our destination? Big Dave's Bagels & Deli—and what a fantastic adventure it turned out to be! From the moment we walked in, we knew we were in for a treat. Although we missed meeting Dave himself, we were greeted by the dynamic duo of Sue and Steve, whose warmth and friendliness made us feel right at home. These two know how to make visitors feel special! Now, let's talk about the food. We each dove into a Philly cheese steak, and let me tell you, it was out of this world! The flavors were incredible, and every bite was pure bliss. It's hands down the best Philly cheese steak we've ever had—absolutely to die for! And the bagels—oh my goodness, the bagels! We couldn't resist taking home a variety of their bonkers-delicious bagels, including French toast, jalapeño, jalapeño Parmesan, sesame seed, and the unique Kweenie's. Each one was a flavor explosion and a testament to the amazing quality and creativity at Big Dave's. If you’re ever in North Conway, do yourself a favor and swing by Big Dave's Bagels & Deli. You won't be disappointed. We’re already forward to our next visit!

Big Dave catered both our rehearsal dinner as well as our wedding day breakfast at the Hardy Farm. I cannot even begin to express how happy we were with using Big Dave. The food was so unbelievably delicious! It was extremely fresh, delivered on time and with a very friendly face! Having a rehearsal dinner on an extremely hot/humid day in July, the marinated chicken platter, salad, potato salad and macaroni salad was EXACTLY the right choice for that night! As soon as we all started eating, the room went silent because we were all stuffing our faces and loving every second of it. The macaroni salad was definitely the talk of the town that night! The breakfast table platter we ordered was also out of this world. Fresh, delicious, and easy for people to pick at all morning long. Dave had everything well wrapped for delivery and he came by to pick up the dishes after we were finished the next morning. Next time we are in North Conway, we will be sure to stop by to grab some more delicious treats!

Since Triple D was here and we were coming to town, why not give it a try. Best Decision Ever!!! We had breakfast there all 4 days we were there. Day 1 I did Guys order Kweenie and Jalapeno Parmesean Bagel with horseradish cream cheese. 10/10. Kids had apple danish as big as their heads!!! Well day 1 was excellent so lets try it again. Day 2 I did the Everything bagel with lox and the wife had the french toast bagel with maple cream cheese. I also made a mistake and decided to order a second bagel for myself and think I could finish it. Took me all day. Again 10/10 for my bagel with lox....the wife let me have a bite of hers....Wow....even better than you could imagine. Day 3 Pork Roll on a bagel and another hit! Final day I went back to the standard Jalapeno Parmesean with bacon horseradish. Steve and his staff were so nice and helpful. Answering questions and getting orders to their customers promptly. It was a well oiled machine. Now home we have a bakers dozen bagels and 2 Kweenies to enjoy.....Oh, and the Kweenies....they were one of the best things I have...
