I used to like Domino's but after visiting this location on 11/3/2024 I don't think I will be eating Domino's again. I was on my way home and called a Domino's in route to order a pizza, I got there before they finished making the pizza so I went in and paid then went and sat back in my car. While looking through the window I saw a guy with long hair kind of moving around all over the place and I was saying to myself, I hope he isn't making pizzas. So I got out of my car and went in the store and saw this guy making pizzas with no gloves and no hair net leaning all over the pizzas moving from side to side not even trying to stand back, he had on a hat but his hair was not contained at all, so I asked for a manager and go figure it was the same guy. So I talked to David the manager with the long hair and told him I did not feel comfortable eating the pizzas and I wanted a refund, he said okay and said the refund should go through within about five business days, I haven't gotten any refund yet. I filed a complaint with Domino's through their text option because apparently there's nobody you can talk to and I ended up getting a call back like a week later from a different manager at the same store named Nathaniel, I think he's a GM. Nathaniel called me while I was working and I did not have the receipt on me and I asked him if he can call me back he said he was not able to do that and that was the only time he had available other than that I can go into the store with the receipt which I thought was pretty inconvenient and I also asked him about the gloves and hair nets and he told me that Domino's does not use gloves or hair nets (after looking online I found out that it's true for all Domino's but they are supposed to at least wear hats and if they have hair longer than a certain length they should contain it). I wish I would have looked at the store reviews first but I never had an issue with Domino's until now. Apparently the general manager at Domino's don't have a boss cuz there's no one else to complain to. Today is 11/22/2024 and was told last night by a manager at the store that after 2 weeks they don't give refunds. It's not my fault that David did not process the refund properly or that the refund takes 5 days and it's not my fault that Domino's does not have good customer service and there's nobody to talk to so it took another week for me to get a reply. I filed a another complaint because no one has gotten back to me yet today is December 7th 2024. One way or another they're going to give me my money back. I'm not letting it go, it's the principal.
Update: I didn't get my money back instead they gave me credits for free pizzas. I'm not eating at Domino's anymore until they change their policy so if I do get the pizzas it'll be for some homeless person...
Read moreordered pizza at 8:23 pm, order delivery time was set at 37 to 45 min so after over an hour i call at 9:39 pm to check in and make sure everything was alright and my pizza was not delivered to the wrong address i get a nice enough employee to assure me the pizza has not been sitting in the warmer for an hour, as the pizza tracker said it had been done and out of the oven around 8:35 pm, and that it was leaving shortly, now thinking that the store is only about 4 minutes it would not be much longer of a wait, now were at 9:52 pm and the tracker alerts me that the driver is on his way, now i would not call that shortly but whatever like i said 4 minutes away, i wait and wait and wait then finally i am extremely upset and call them back, get put on hold and after 7 minutes and 36 seconds into the call i finally get a knock on the door, now after this long of a wait time i was not going to just blindly accept the pizza so after examining it i see probably the worst dried out and cold pizza i have ever seen arrive at my door, and with being on the road for work 9 months out of the year i have ordered a ton of pizza from many different places so i do not say that lightly, i apologize to the driver but i cannot accept this pizza, this all the while still on hold with the store, so i send him back with the pizza to have it remade and after another 5 min on hold i finally reach an employee and ask for the manager, he tells me the manager is busy but he will be right with me, i spent a total of 56 minutes on that phone call to reach a manager who when asked for at least a discount tells me that i already had a discount through the online coupon i used and that the delivery time is 2 hours, i asked him to make my order a priority due to the amount of time i have already waited, he agreed but i doubt he was sincere, its 12:02 am now and i just got my pizza minus the lava cakes the manager had promised me since he did not want to discount my food. this was probably the absolute worst experience i have ever had with any customer service industry, they just made comcast and verizon look the 5 star customer...
Read moreBuyer beware. I have had it with this location, and will never order from them again. I called the location to let them know that I would be placing two separate orders for pizza, and I would like them to be picked up in approximately 1 hour. The associate agreed, and as discussed, I called when I was in the vicinity, so they could prepare my order. Upon arriving home, one pizza was cold with a minimum amount of cheese, and the other was barely lukewarm.
I called the location back, and this is where the games begin. After holding for a few minutes, an associate picks up the phone, mumbles a few words without completing the normal script, and immediately puts the call back on hold. After waiting more than 10 minutes, I hang up and figure that they did not want to address me, because they already was aware of why I was calling.
Therefore, I waited until the next day, today, to call back in and get the issue resolved. First, I spoke with a Dacario, who stated he could not help, and I would have to callback at 5 p.m. to speak with the general manager by the name of Mary. As instructed, I called back at approximately 5:30 p.m., and was told the g.m. would be there in about another hour, and she was aware of my issue. Since I didn't receive a return phone call by 8 p.m., I proceeded to callback. Now again with the games, an associate picks up the phone, mumbles a few words without finishing, and puts the call back on hold. This time, I am determined to wait, because I am beyond infuriated. After waiting for 26 minutes, a male picks up the phone, then gives it to an assistant manager named Mary, who states the g.m. will be in at 10 p.m. now, and then she proceeds to hang up the phone.
In summation, I will NEVER order from this location again. The employees are disrespectful, play foolish games, and have no regard nor respect and appreciation for their customers.
I will handle my issue with the corporate office, because they should not be allowed to work under the Domino's brand. This location needs new management, as well as employees who are grateful for...
