Just walked into this store to get a controller stick module, store was empty when I walked in two guys at the counter did not even acknowledged that we entered the store, after looking for what I need and not finding it I went to the counter to ask for help with a picture of what I need, the guy seen in the picture in the blue shirt seem like he a manager or something I showed him what I need and his response, with attitude is, “if we had it it would be over there” still have yet to even say hello, second time coming here and terrible experience both times, buy what you need online

I wanted a controller for my switch, and she was super patient, and pulled multiple wireless options from the back for me to check out! I liked the light up controllers, and she recommended the space controller with ghost LED’s and let me check one out. I purchased it and got it home and I absolutely LOVE it!! Thank you, Alissa! ❤️

I’m not sure if this was the exact location I went to in Conyers plaza. But Alissa was amazing! Gamestop sucks period the customer service is the worst. Anytime I call its always a very bad experience and the when you get inside the store they try their best to up sell you what ever they have. I have one game to pick up from reservation and after that I will never set a foot in any other GameStop store. They also never have what you want and it's cheaper to get what I want from Amazon or Walmart. After all these years of being a consecutive and loyal customer I'm tired of the abuse lol. Thank God for Amazon especially because they always have what I want and customer service is great. And I could send my games back after opening. As of 8-1-17 Came to trade in some old retro games, rude assistant manager couldn't take it because it had maker on the side, not on the front or back label, next day the gamestop glory manager refused a refund on my sister's power up card for a crappy pre-order because we have different last names!! Says gamestop does not allow people to share power up plus but left this place and another gamestop accept my games and til me yes siblings may share the same card but really WHO THE HELL CARES ... WHAT A LOSER DORK CHODE OF A MANAGER..

Assist manager (I think and hope since he looked to be in his 40s) gave my mother the wrong games and I'm pretty sure it was intentional. I divided my transactions before she check out and he was upset it messed up his metrics. Since they were gifts, they can't be returned due to Gamestops rough return policy. Love Gamestop for the most part but this one is sub par.

Update: went back and was helped by a tall guy with a beard who has the worst customer service skills in history. Then the manager refused to take a phone that clearly says can be traded on the site. It was worth his time. Was...
