Taco Bell — Restaurant in Conyers

As a long time patron, I had the most disappointing experience, which caused me to vow NEVER to patronize any of your establishments moving forward..... This is Why: I ordered 2 grilled cheese Burrito box ($7.99 comes with Burrito/ Chilupa/taco in the Box and a drink) and I told the window Rep. I would like steak instead of ground beef,(I didn't realize this till after i arrived home and try to eat with my girlfriend, but) She only put Steak in the Burrito, not the Chilupa or the Taco, not to mention, the steak was only put toward the end of the Burrito (my Last 4 bites) I went back and called out the error to the rep, in hopes she will take the 2Ground beef Chilupas and 2Tacos, and give me 2 Steak Chilupas , and 2 steak Tacos, and charge me the up-charge for steak on these items, since she didn't charge me initially. BUT NO!! Instead, the rep said; I asked for steak instead of ground beef, but I didn't say "on everything", so she believed I only wanted it on the Burrito, not the Chilupa and Taco. I proceeded to reaffirm I said " All Steak instead of Ground beef ", she continued to say i should've said on Everything, so if I want the 2 Steak Chilupas and 2 Steak Tacos, I will have to purchase those items 'a la carte' and I explained to her, that wouldn't be fair because, I would have 2 Ground beef Chilupas and 2 Tacos paid for that I wouldn't eat because its not what I ordered, she continued to say I didn't say 'Steak on everything" so if I want 2 steak Chilupas and Tacos, I would have to purchase them. I got tired and stressed with the back and forth, asked to speak to a manager, she went for the manager and only God knows what she told the manager, so when they both came back, I explained to the manager my plight and the Fact I said "...... All steak instead of Ground beef"... The manager proceeded to say sorry for the misunderstanding, but if I wanted the Steak Chilupas and Tacos I would have to place an order for that, filled with so much disappointment and disrespect as a patron, I left the 2 ground beef Chilupas and 2Tacos there and walked out, vowing NEVER to patronize any Taco Bell Ever, and I stand strongly...

I literally just left like 30 minutes ago And I ordered three beef crunchy tacos plain, chips and cheese, and a Large strawberry freeze they rang up a Baja blast midnight which is what I originally asked for, but they said they didn’t have it so then I asked for the strawberry freeze and they gave me the midnight soda instead. The food was great nonetheless.. The service not so much. I went to the drive-thru and there were only like three cars in the drive-through. It went by pretty fast, but when I got to start ordering, it seemed like the girl was in a rush, and I wasn’t rude. I didn’t have an attitude. I didn’t have a tone I was talking to her as if I was talking to one Of my coworkers. When I got to the window, it was as if she was still in a rush, talking fast, emotionless and closed the window as fast as she could WITH AN ATTITUDE. I completely understand if I was being rude or snobby because i know people my age usually are but since I’ve been a restaurant manager before, I would never do that to somebody that’s serving me food so I don’t understand why I was given an attitude. And then I got home. The tacos were good and the chips were OK, They kind of tasted stale and the cheese sauce was kind of stiff. I didn’t even wanna eat it anymore, so I threw it away. I come to this Taco Bell like once every two weeks or every week during afternoon shift so this is my first time coming at night time and I’ve never had this experience at this tacobell... It’s only four minutes away from my house so this is my home Taco Bell usually everyone is sweet and in good spirits but obviously not tonight. If you do go to this tacobell make sure you go before...

Really 0 star this establishment needs to be closed one bad apple spoils the bunch. December 8 2018 a Saturday I or my lady will never forget and hopes no consumer will ever be exposed to such an egregious and unprofessional situation. Rainy Saturday night approximately 8:05pm went to drive thru started to place an order, one of the items requested was a Mountain Dew Baja Blast Drink was told by representative machine is down, I asked her if a sprite is available, now here is where the service becomes uncomfortable and deplorable believe it or not I heard two voices echoing thru the intercom her voice saying “No sprite, would you like a Pepsi” and another voice saying “ Would You Like To Order These Nuts”. I stop ordering immediately stunned, disrespected and dehumanize, my wife noticeably upset drove up to window the car horn was blown, my wife explicitly asked to speak to a supervisor. I gave a brief description of event to supervisor and requested some information from her won’t use her name, she stated she would retrieve the information and bring it to me outside, it was raining so I went inside waited a little she emerged from the back of store saw me gave me the information tried to get me to take two coupons which I declined told her the service provided to me and my wife was deplorable and no one should be exposed to that no matter the color or class and this town Conyers was not going to be the place for it I live in Conyers, she replied that she would handle the situation that had just transpired. Oh also me and my lady had a function to attend at 9pm you can only imagine how...
