I'm gonna go ahead and say, that the staff and experience at this Wendy's location has been ATROCIOUS for years now. Every now and then you may get lucky with a... decent enough experience, nothing to note, but majority of the time, it's just straight up terrible.
Orders taking too long, the place is a mess, drink machines out of order, messed up order...
And not to mention, they basically robbed me. My family wanted me to grab Wendy's for them while I was out, and was given $100 bill to pay for all of their food, as well as something for myself. I place an order online, as I don't eat Wendy's often and don't know the menu. I arrive, and ask if I can cancel the mobile pay and give them the cash right there. Worker gave me a stank look and got the manager, who quickly took the money and said "Sure, we can do that."
I even double checked, and asked if it would be an issue to do that, if I'm able to as he was counting the change, and he says "Yeah, we can do that"
Two days later, they still charged my account. Bank wasn't able to refund as I would have to deal with Wendy's, since the receipt was thrown out. So I call Wendy's, and the manager begins to raise his voice, cut me off, and say "I never told you that. Did you pay online? Did you get your food? Then that's that. We don't give refunds, I never told you that"
So needless to say, this manager is a crook, who lies and treats his customers like utter trash... By the way, this for some odd $75+ worth of food, so I'm not making a fuss over nothing... I wouldn't recommend even if everything else in the area was closed down. A 30-40+ minute drive would be more enjoyable than ordering from this Wendy's...
EDIT: Nearly 2 months later and I finally got my refund, AFTER contacting customer care on about 6 different occasions, the district manager when they gave me his email, AND his management company that he's employed under. Customer care contacted the DM om about 3 or 4 different occasions. One call and a few emails to the Management company... a chore of a call from the DM and I'm told my refund should come soon.
Avoid this place at...
Read more(This is a review for the Wendy's on GA Hwy 20 N in Conyers ,GA.) I went in to place a to-go order. It was right at the beginning of lunch service (about 1035 or so). There was nobody else in line at the counter, or ahead of me waiting on food. One item I ordered was a Baconator double cheeseburger. When I received my food I went to the drink/condiment counter to check the food. I opened my burger and could not see the bacon. It looked like a double cheese burger with ketchup & mayo. I took it back up to tell them that there was no bacon. She brought it back to me & told me that it was on there in 2 places (middle & top). I looked again & sure enough there were 2 little, sad, small pieces of bacon in both places. This sandwich looked NOTHING like the picture on the menu that had bacon hanging off the burger and the sandwich was all high and everything. This sandwich was all squashed and the hamburgers were dry like they'd been pre-cooked. I thought getting there at the beginning of lunch I would get hot, fresh patties. I paid over $8 for this crummy sandwich! That's ridiculous! The girl that waited on me did not speak unless she had to and never smiled or showed any pleasantries at all. I felt like I was inconveniencing her. I will not be back to...
Read moreThe one star is for the associate who took my order(Peter) who was very nice and THE ONLY worker who seemed to care about people getting their food in a timely manner (unfortunately in vain). I ordered my food at 8:58 (according to the receipt). At 9:12, my name was called. Completely... ridiculous. There was NO sense of urgency in ANYONE else. I don't know what's happened to the concept of fast food these days. I may as well have fixed burgers and fries at home! And on top of that, my burger had no taste whatsoever. I realize that "fast (hah!) food isn't going to taste like homemade, but as long as it took that grill cook to make my burger, that person could've added some type of seasoning. This experience turned me off of Wendy's; For a while, if not for good. I mean, if one has to wait that long for a burger and a fry (no special order), it should've been at least good. And on top of that, my nephew, who ordered after me, asked for a special order burger (no pickles or onions). Took 7 minutes longer than mine because they said they made his burger wrong and had to remake it. But when we FINALLY got his order and left, he opened his bag to find his burger STILL had everything on it!!! So they made us wait for the EXACT......
