It's not bad, sometimes. The last two visits leave something to be desired with one taking longer than they had told me to expect it by 8 minutes & last visit they'd taken my sandwich with a delivery. Which also added time to my order, about 15 minutes. 10 minutes to prep & cook, and 5 minutes of me trying to get them to accept that I should have a sandwich, that it really wasn't anywhere in the store, & to ask me 5 times what kind of sandwich it was, just to make some other kind of sandwich, The last experience was the most aggravating because I was on a shortened lunch that day & didn't have 15 mins to spare. I was 10 minutes late back to work & still didn't get my sandwich because I didn't like the kind they made me. I'd have rated them lower but I've had plenty of non-memorable trips where they did everything as expected, so that seems like what an average score...

Read more(11-16-24) Unable to go anywhere or cook for the night, we ordered a specialty pizza and two liters of soda for delivery. Never received, then the order was marked "completed." The driver was one door away, and took the order back, yet still marked it as a successful delivery. When we tried to fix the order through the app, the only option available was to order and pay for it again. Its a good thing that my husband stood outside in the rain to intercept the delivery because he again tried to deliver to the wrong address, then literally admitted to not looking at the address, only at the gps directions. Our home is clearly marked both on the mailbox and on the brightly lit wall next to the door. $80 wasted. I am so angry. (11-18-24) $40 was refunded...
