Took My mother and my family out for an early mothers day dinner last night. Had reservation and the service time in the beginning was awful like a total of 30 minutes before we even got drinks and a longer wait to order apps. Moms pasta had no sauce on it so they brought us a cup of sauce.. the salad had sand it.. and the salmon was raw.. The Manager was a complete joke and was kind enough to take the salmon off of our bill. After I returned it for the second time. Sp my wife had eaten a couple bites and i tried it before we realized that the entire middle was completely raw. The cook took our fish that we had eaten off of and put it back on the grill. and then returned it to us with a straight face. let me repeat that she took food we ate off put back on the grill that everybody else food was being cooked on and then brought back and her attitude was real awful like she was doing us a favor. she said ill just take it off your bill and walked away. explained there was sand in the salad and she said it was just sugar as if i cant tell the difference between sugar and dirt. Manager was mia and at that point just threw it on the waitresses lap and let her deal with it all.. i felt bad for her because she was mortified no one else cared expert to treat us like garbage because of there awful food and awful customer service skills. so disappointed... My advise is skip this place. you would be better off buying...
Read moreUpdate since my last visit and more than likely my very last visit. With all due respect your establishment is not a 5 star Michelin restaurant. So I can't see how you can possibly charge $27.00 dollars for a meger bowl of pasta with meatballs and one of the skimpiest piece of sausage. To make it worse an extra $3.50 for a small dinner salad. $30.50 cents for a plate of pasta and salad. How long will you be able to sustain yourself with prices like that? That's just crazy This was for lunch. There was myself and party of 3. Another couple at a table and another party if 3 the whole rush hour for lunch. You used to be packed and overbooked at lunch. Now I can see why. Your price point is WAY OVER the top and not many folks can afford those types of prices for lunch. The staff while polite and friendly didn't offset the kimgs ransome that we paid to dine in your establishment. The waitress after taking our orders never came back to ask if we wanted another round of drinks or if we wanted our beverages refreshed until it was time to pay the bill. Our total bill for lunch with tip for four people was $135.00. 😤😳. Do you think I'll ever be back? Not in your wildest dreams. The only way I would ever come back is if I won the lottery and I had money 💰💰💰 to burn. Very polite and friendly staff. Not sure when this place got a little on the pricy...
Read moreNo lunch menu. Not busy at all. was there from 11:30 am until 2pm. On a Thursday. 2 other couples came in during that time. Was a person at outside table when we left. Chicken parm Salad was OK. Bowl Soup expensive. Bread warm & dipping oil good. No offer for 2nds on the bread nor water refill. One waitress only.
Was there again on 9/29/22 for lunch with a group. Everyones Food looked good but didn't hear anyone say that it was good. I ordered the Alfredo $16.50 plus chicken for $4.50. The chicken tasted like it came out of a can and was just warmed up. The pasta was way too thick for an alfredo pasta dish. The Alfredo sauce was not plentiful. The total bill was $25 + (that included the tip). Very expensive for what was served. No lunch menu so evidently a lunch serving size is served for lunch but charged a dinner price amount. Waitress was friendly & checked at the table a few times but didn't offer any freshwater. The lemon that were served in a bowl didn't look fresh. And there are no knives to cut the bread so we used our table knives so didn't have to touch the bread much that was being shared. The bread was good. The plates was Oil & herbs was ...
