I had a meeting with a customer nearby and had not been able to eat anything yet, it was 2 o'clock and my colleague was already eating inside. I went to join him but boy was I in for quite possibly the worst customer experience I have ever had. Not that I'm expecting much from a McDonalds franchise. But let me tell you was this sad, read further if you care to.
I ordered one of their new crafted sandwiches with the crispy chicken breast with a Mccafe Frozen Strawberry Lemonade. I used the menu board to order and had no interaction with a human while ordering. The order was perfect on the screen and submitted accordingly.
The person serving me had a terrible attitude, they tossed the filet of fish box on the tray in front of me. I got a craft filet of fish, what the "f"? I didn't notice at first it was in a filet of fish box until I took a bite, and I wasn't sure what to think, I was quite surprised to have a crispy but limp fish tasting crispy sandwich in my mouth; frankly I was a little disgusted. Like, did you guys just run out of all the chicken and substituted it with a Filet of Fish? I was hungry and finished the fishy craft sandwich. Now this is where things turn from bad to worse.
While he was dropping of the tray I asked where my drink was at and he said that they don't carry the Mccafe Frozen Strawberry Lemonade at that store. I said "okay, well why is it on your menu then and can I have a cup for a soft drink?" Instead of bringing me an empty cup for a drink as a substitute there was absolutely nothing in front of me. The employee said that they would bring me a cup ASAP. The same employee walked by and completely avoided eye contact with me as he was dropping orders off at an older couple behind us. Instead of bringing the cup with them. I ended up waiting for a whole FIFTEEN minutes until I saw that same employee again.
From the coworkers, to the management with the lack of basic operation for the electronic ordering system (remove the items that don't participate in your stores line up - it's simple) and to the cooks in the back who can't read a simple order. You all need to be replaced, go back to school, read a book, do something, and take a simple lesson in customer service.
This further reinforces why I NEVER want to walk into, interact with an employee of, or eat at a...
Read moreTalk about slow and disrespectful service!!!! Picture this, its 4:30 A.M. the machine says they are closed then you roll up to the window and they say they are open. But they say breakfast only. So far so good, then you have a whale attending you that has been eating from that menu since she was born and say that everything you just tried to order isn't possible to order at that time. And when you ask what you can order they slam the window shut because some how the menu was obviously visible on her fat nasty face so you have to go to the next window. Finally an order was placed after 18 minutes in line at a FAST FOOD JOINT WITH ONLY 2 CARS IN "ME BEING ONE"!!! AND THIS LADY SAYS IT WILL BE 10 MINUTES FOR THE EGG. "?????????" And I'm over there like a blind person can scramble enough egg for all of Miami in in 5 minutes and I have to wait 10 minutes for you to microwave food. Awful service all the way around. p.s. when you see the whale, "trust me you will know," just offer her a carrot or something. That poor soul clearly needs it. Overall if your or on a diet, I suggest this McDonald's because you will be in line waiting for food for the next two years? If you are wondering why I stayed in line for so long, it's because once you commit to stay in line for 20 min. Another 10 ain't poop but seriously you are better off catching a flight to Japan order from their McDonalds fly back and you would of never moved an inch...
Read moreOn a busy afternoon, I stopped by the McDonald's for a quick meal, and it delivered exactly what I expected: efficiency, convenience, and familiar flavors.
The restaurant had a bustling atmosphere typical of McDonald's, with a mix of families, students, and professionals enjoying their meals. The seating was comfortable, and despite the steady flow of customers, it was relatively easy to find a spot.
Service at the counter was swift and courteous. The staff efficiently took my order and promptly prepared it. The cashier was friendly and helpful, ensuring my order was correct and asking if I needed any condiments or extras.
I opted for a classic Quarter Pounder meal with fries and a drink. The Big Mac was as tasty as always—juicy beef patties,, lettuce, cheese,, onions, on a sesame seed bun—all assembled neatly. The fries were hot and crispy, just the way I like them, and the drink was refreshing.
The dining area and restroom were clean and well-maintained. Tables were promptly cleared, and the overall cleanliness added to the pleasant dining experience.
For fast, convenient dining with reliable quality and familiar flavors, McDonald's continues to be a go-to choice. Whether you're craving a classic burger, a hearty breakfast, or a quick snack, McDonald's at [location] delivers on its promise of fast...
