If you're looking for genuine, delicious guilt-free and mess-free popsicles, then this is the place for you.

It's a cute little shop that offers corner seating. First thing you see when you walk in is the freezer holding all of the popsicle flavors in a neat line. They have pretty much everything you can think of!

The employees are extremely quick and sweet and we got a chance to speak with one of the owners who was a very nice man and open about how he started the business.

I ordered the S'Mores popsicle (chocolate flavor with marshmallow topping, they toast it in front of you) and oh my goodness it was a breathtaking delight! It tasted like pure, raw chocolate (cacao), just the right amount of bitterness and sweetness, and the marshmallow was perfectly toasted creating a flawless texture.

My sister ordered the plain mango popsicle and it is literally frozen mango on a stick. My parents ordered the Maracuya popsicle with leche condensada inside (a dream) and the Cookies & Cream popsicle dipped in dark chocolate. Absolutely incredible!

I say they're guilt-free because they don't make you feel heavy or bloated afterwards since they're so natural. They're mess-free because they are the most long-lasting popsicles I've ever tried, lol! I was outside for 20 minutes eating it and it BARELY melted! That's magic in Miami!

I've been to this location many times, but I went this Thanksgiving weekend with a group of 14 people. Emily was the only person managing the store because her coworker did not show up to work and was subsequently fired. Emily had the greatest customer service I have ever seen at any establishment offering a service in any way. She was pleased to take our orders and was all too happy to exchange for a joke or 2. I couldn't help but send a tip her way. I even came back the same night to buy another paleta and give her another tip because she did such a great job. • Follow Up* after my review on my experience the owner contacted me in regards the problems we experienced. After that experienced we gave them another shot and it was totally worth it. They are truly the best paletas you can get in Miami the quality is outstanding and the services has improved by a lot.

The paletas are INCREDIBLE! however, be aware of the customer service. They are very rude on the phone when asking for simple questions. have ordered several times from delivery apps but in different occasions I have got the wrong personalized order, amanda in particular very rude and not helpful at all.

Without any doubt the owner which we have met in the place ( very friendly) should pay closer attention to the customer service provided, it makes a big difference...
