PINCHO — Restaurant in Coral Gables

My fiance and I are both from Saint Louis Missouri we stayed in Florida for a week we didnt meet very nice people when we got there but when we came to pincho there was a guy name Frankie he was amazing the whole team looked busy like they were preparing a huge order or something that defintly didnt stop the awesome hospitality we received at the door this place is an amazing place to eat im not sure if frankie was a manager but if he is not PINCHO should make him one I will only come to this location to eat whenever we are in Florida I have already put this place on my Facebook you guy are amazing not sure if the guy Frankie can see this but if you do Dude! your attitude was awesome you made me and my fiance feel very welcome we both thank you so much you couldnt begin to understand how great it was to have meet you and amazing food at the same time I hope you become a manager because you have the attitude for one thank you so much Frankie my mother always tells me you never know who is watching I would love to send you a gift if you could except it at work? i can be a bit extra when ordering my food and this i know not one time did you have a problem with me changing my mind almost 5 times you even gave us water not even knowing i was 6 months pregnate and as thirsty as a lion in the sun thats how amazing you were to us thank you you made pincho our number one spot in...

I have some complaints, employees can at times be distasteful with their responses and at a burger place having NO NAPKINS at the table.

I'd be willing to pay more for better employees with better service

I was told the people abuse them, the napkins.

And what about rest of places who have complementary napkins out for paying customers, they have special customers that don't abuse napkins?

This might be too critical, but it's a burger place. Burgers are inherently messy. Please put napkins on every table. Also consider adding condiments as well to every table.

4 plates fell in the Kitchen, not sure if they were cleaned, most likely they weren't washed the food was served on dirty dishes.
