Sears in Miami!! if u don't have the items then give me the option to buy in a another store but no items no money promptly. Still waiting after 2 months .No matter what you always try to make your customer happy. Stanley was the only one who cared.He tried to help me. But the manager didnt care that's not the way to do business Sears needs a new way of treating prople. This Sears should get a manager that knows how to treat people with respect.Customer service means you look for ways to please customer. Sears needs us. For 30 years I've been with them but this is the end. I ordered a fridge a stove and air extracter and every time they called must postpone delivery. Did not have items. I was highly disappointed đthe manager was terrible. The customer should be treated with care u always try to please customer. GIve me my money back or the things I need.. Sooo shocked to see the way they treated me and my mother. The stress they caused us give me my money or the things. Don't act so indifferent why do u have a manager if they don't do anything to help and treat people with a attitude?. I felt disrespected.đ I'm sorry Stanley is such a nice person but he can't control the way business is done there. Give customer back what belongs to us our money back immediately. If u can't provide the necessary items. Tell people the information necessary if u cancel order and to do it in person if by phone it will delay your money back. Be clear so customer knows what to expect. Never lie to people that's unprofessional. Sears you need us without one person your reputation goes down why not secure customer and future customers. Manager be nice always smile show interest sit with customer and say first of all we are sorry we don't have the items you need but we want to help. Don't just tell people the process. Be kind and care kindly explain that you want to help and your sorry. ! Customer is always first. Learn to show appreciation...
   Read moreReally a ridiculous place!... so i get there and the service adviser continues to excuse himself to do God knows what, this ate up 25 minutes! - Mind you, i ordered my tires online and they were there. I walk outside and he is walking aimlessly around and stopping to chat with others - dont know why. so, finally completes to print the 3 pages he needed to print and pass my work order to a mechanic. The WO does not take long for the Mechanic to grab it and put my car on the lift. He then starts to chat to another adviser about some place he apparently went to on vacation - this continues for 20 minutes. my car is lifted. and the car sits there for another 30 minutes before anything is done. Another guy comes to show me wear on my tires and tell me that cars need to be aligned every 6 months! Mind you, my car is a 2012! Meantime, the mechanic is talking with another 3 mechanics, also not doing anything. finally removes my tires and takes them to another guy who is actually the only person that did not stop working throughout the entire time - he mounts tires. He mounts my tires in 15 minutes. they sit there for another 20 minutes. And then, this is where it gets interesting, a guy who was cleaning the floor, grabs my tires mounts them and my car is ready!
All in all it took 2.5 hours for them to mount 2 tires while there are only 5 cars, including mine, with 6 mechanics working (one guy cleaning) and the guy cleaning completed my job! WOW
