My š birthday š was on Saturday, April 5th. On Friday, March 28, 2025, I met with manager on duty, Ronni. I explained I had a birthday dinner for 25 adults and 4 kids on my birthday at 4pm. I suggested an additional waitress for my birthday because I knew it would be a lot of us. She said she wouldn't be there on my birthday, but she would let the other managers Fabiola and Joe know and that their policy is to call 1 hour ahead. On my birthday, I called at 11:30am and asked to speak to a manager. I was told they hadn't arrived yet. I informed female employee who answered the phone I was concerned 1 hour wasn't going to be enough time to set up tables for 25 adults and 4 children. She took a detailed message. I was impressed with the message when I got there at 3:17pm. I spoke to manager Fabiola. She said they weren't sure if they would have tables available by the time the rest of my guests would arrive and that they were unsure where to seat us. This made me nervous and sad. By the time MORE THAN 1/2 my guests arrived, NO EMPLOYEE was to be found. I had to go to the kitchen and inform first employee I saw, "More than half my party is here, can we be seated?" The table set up WAS TERRIBLE. Tables were scrunched up to where my guests couldn't get to the side scrunched up by the window. We had to move tables to get my parents seated. The additional table I mentioned we needed (before guests arrived) was added last minute causing more difficulty to be seated. The waitress began taking orders at the end where my parents and I WEREN'T seated. I had a birthday banner taped to the window area behind the chair I sat in. Waitress knew it was my birthday. Our appetizers never came. I cancelled it because food began to come. My parents were the LAST ones to get their dinner (everyone was done eating by the time theirs arrived), there was a piece of receipt in my mashed potatoes. Manager Joe replaced it and still charged me for it. We were a total of 20 adults and 2 children (5 adults and 2 children cancelled). Between all of us, I am sure MORE THAN $500 was spent. Despite my advance notices and communication, my birthday dinner was poorly handled. I'm disappointed and felt the birthday blues the rest of the day. Do NOT have a big party for a birthday dinner. You will be...

Waited an hour and 15 minutes for our food after we ordered while our waitress (named Esther) was nowhere to be found.
Another waitress seating a party noticed that we kept searching for Esther & must have told her that we still hadn't received our food. At this point, my 3 friends and I had nearly finished our waters.
Esther finally arrived with our food, which was 2 salads (one was part of the 3 for $10 deal,) a small plate of fajitas (also from the deal,) & chicken crispers. They didn't even manage to get my extremely simple order ā chicken crispers with double fries INSTEAD OF it normally coming with corn & one serving of fries ā correct (my crispers came with corn.) Then she disappeared again, promising to bring my second side of fries. They never came.
She returned only to deliver a lemonade my friend had ordered back when we ordered our food (which was LONG overdue, since our entrees had already been gone,) finally refilled our waters, took our dessert order, then disappeared AGAIN.
A good while passed before our mini molten lava cake arrived (also part of the 3 for $20 deal.)
Then we had to wait ANOTHER 45 minutes after we were finished eating that for the check, because my friends were paying in cash & at this point my friends and I were all annoyed & just wanted to go home.
At least the food was warm, & she brought the dessert faster than our entree, but I'm never eating there again, that's for sure! My friends paid in cash & let her keep the change as a tip because we wanted to leave after being there for 3+ hours, but she really did not deserve it at all. After we left, we walked around outside for a good 15-20 minutes, noticing that Esther never cleared our plates from dinner. Absolutely unacceptable service, definitely would...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSadly, this location is rapidly going down hill. While the food is just "OK" (not a reason to keep coming back when there are so many other places nearby), some of the staff and the facility are in bad shape.
We were there on a mid-afternoon (2:30-ish) of a Friday and it was not crowded, yet someone had to go find the hostess so we could be seated. She was nowhere to be found and it took them a while to find someone to seat us. Even then, we felt like we were interrupting their break time.
Look closely at this picture - does this waitress need a break...or is sitting your butt on a table, that people will eat at, part of the regular procedure to take an order? There's ZERO excuse for this.
Our waiter was very nice - but he was also (seemingly) very new however; he did a great job. When out order came out (brought out by someone other than our waiter), we were brought the wrong food, but the kitchen manager quickly fixed it.
If you look around at the facility overall, you would think it hasn't been deep cleaned in at least a decade. The tables themselves are a little sticky, the cushions in the booths should have been replaced years ago (feels like you're sitting in a bucket), and each time we go there, it always feels like there is something on the floor...maybe it is what they use to mop the floors, but it almost feels slippery. The AC vents in the ceiling are also disgusting - don't look up! Clearly, the staff/cleaning crew doesn't.
We've been going to this location for over 20 years...but I'm not sure...
