Charleys Cheesesteaks — Restaurant in Coralville

My favorite place to get sandwiches in the area. My friend and I always make room to stop by this Charley’s whenever we’re in Iowa City/Coralville. The customer service is very friendly (heck, one time the cashier had asked one of my friends how their family was doing) and the food comes out in a timely matter.

The Philly Cheesesteaks and the gourmet fries are excellent. The cheesesteak always comes with: a generous serving of steak, fresh toppings, and a nice toasty French roll. The gourmet fries come out piping hot and they don’t skimp on the cheese sauce.

All in all this is a great place to stop by and get yourself a solid cheesesteak. They run a tight ship and the care they put into their process shows...

Rude person at the register. I would naver have taken the 10 minute to post a review if it was not for her. Ive read the other corporate responses, dont bother replying, you sound lie corporate HR, it actually hurts your brand vs. helping it. Im not your target market anyway. Low quality food, high prices, honestly id be surprised if charleys contiues to be a brand in 2 years. Its like an over priced subway void of flavor. I've been eating here for years and while the flavor is always good...there is significantly less meat than there used to be. This makes what used to be slightly high prices, very high for what you get (now that meat portions are barely there). That being said I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak & almost forgot to take a picture before I ate it all. Also pictured is the Chicken California.
