The coconut slush was great! However the brown sugar boba was bland like the other review, and the iced Thai tea was too milky.

Slushes might be the safer way to order...

I was going to leave a more favorable review, but loose-leaf tea doesn’t mean that brown sugar boba doesn’t taste sugary or that there’s too much milk in a recipe. That’s just a cheap excuse from a company.

Lack of strong scents due to being in the middle of a food court? I’m sure the other stores use less fragrant chicken, beef, or sauces to account for their presence in the food court, too.

A company distributing milkteas should know the teas they use and what they should look like when mixed with milk…like someone at home making tea can tell if they’ve steeped the tea too long or added too little milk.

Very deceptive! I would give 0/5 stars if I could. “MILK Tea” is literally just milk without tea. I ordered the Brown sugar milk tea which should be a non dairy creamer mixed with black tea and the brown sugar flavor. However this abomination consists of milk, brown sugar syrup, and tapioca pearls. What a rip off. No tea in the milk tea drinks…….. don’t waste your time and money here.

Edit: no tea was used, the color of the drink was almost fully white with the exception of the slightly darker tint from the brown sugar. The store claims to use black tea, but the color of the milk would be a lot different if this was true. Also had another person try the drink and they also tasted no tea. A Brand New Boba stand alone inside Coralridge Mall. Despite it only being a soft opening I'm sure this will be a popular choice for mall goers. There are lots of options and everything is reasonably priced. It's also on the edge of the food court making it easier to access than other options inside the court. A good choice on your way to go shopping or on the way out the door. I ordered the Strawberry Matcha w/ Popping Lychee Boba. The Strawberry flavoring is part syrup which sticks to the bottom. I'd recommend shaking before you insert your straw if you don't want to sip straight strawberry by accident. I would have preferred a puree or foam of some kind but it was nice as a twist on one of...
