DO NOT COME HERE. Zero stars is what I wish I could rate my experience. The bartender, Caucasian/white male, short guy, has a beard. He was working on the Rockits side tonight. Smug little fellow. Me and my fiancé came to $1 slice night on November 5th 2021 at 7pm, where the bartender refused to sell us pizza because it wasn’t ready yet saying we had to wait 15-20 min for the pizza to come out and then he would take our order/payment at that time. If that’s how you do it here, fine. But when the pizza finally came out, we came to the bartender, we ordered, he was mid-serve when a girl intercepted saying she pre-payed 5 slices. AND THEN HE PROCEEDED TO SERVE HER OUR PIZZA SLICES. He came back to us and told us it was gonna be 15-20 more minutes for the next pizza to come out. AFTER THIS MAN TOLD US YOU CANT PRE-PAY. So then we tried again to pre-pay to get on the unspoken “pizza waitlist.” Where he again refused to let us pre-pay. This man was rude and condescending telling us it’s “just pizza.”
Stay tuned for part 2 review. Regarding the same bartender overcharging...
Read moreMy experience there was ok... Live band, no cover plus, however the bar experience was extremely inconsistent. I dealt with 2 bartenders one was Amazing and the other either willfully tried to get one over on premium (higher-end Spirits). I say this because I saw him pour a topshelf whiskey in a jigger and I seen it was short and I question it to no acknowledgement of it even though he knew the measurements was incorrect. I knew it, he knew it, measurements was off by half. Next bartender she poured an accurate measurement and it was clearly not the same as the first. Mind you I bartended for about a decade and I know my pours. Take from my review what you want.. if you're basic drinker than I would recommend it for the entertainment and beverages ( I did not try the food). This was purely base on my...
Read moreFirst off, let's talk about prices. Elijah Craig Barrel Proof is a $70 bottle. They're charging $40 for 1.5oz! We ordered a pepperoni pizza and it came out cheese. We picked it up thinking maybe the pepperoni was underneath, we were wrong. Asked them to remake it, they then took our pizza that we had touched and put it in the warmer to sell individually per slice. I've worked in the service industry and this appalls me. And to top it off they also charged a $1 processing fee for using a card. I CANNOT recommend this place to anyone. It is a tourist trap if I've ever seen one. I wish we could get a refund, but the drinks were already poured by Josh (the bartender) and we...
